Need help in large scale marketing

Hi I'm new here.

Recently I took on a project to help a company grow international subscribers.
So I need marketing plans that can attract large scale of audience, by ORGANIC WAYS.

Kindly give me all your best suggestions, what I can do except for SEO and sending PR news.

You have got to be kidding.

You took on this client and have no idea what to do.

You should be ashamed of yourself, the company deserves much better. But, what the hell do you care as long as you get paid, right?

If the company has hired someone without doing any due diligence (e.g. checking a freelancers's capability, credentials and experience), they probably deserve each other.

Why on earth would you take on a project that you don't know how to do?

I'm all for helping people, but sounds to me like you put yourself into a position of desperation.

You cannot be successful coming from desperation. You need to be excited about what you are doing.

Probably because someone told him that anyone can do it.

Hmmm. Let's see. Which is the more powerful motivator - desperation or lack of concern?

Ask the person who just had the Sheriff show up at his house with an eviction notice. That's gonna be one motivated sucker! lol

You are comparing a problem with the status quo. How about comparing a problem with an opportunity?

I know that I'm far more motivated to pursue a lucrative money-making opportunity, than the need to come up with money to avoid eviction. But hey, that's just me.

I suppose people with no drive might need negative motivation - otherwise, there is no motivation at all for them. If you are going to make money online, or in any business for that matter, you need to be self-motivated or it won't work.

Gee, all that blather to get to the point? lol

Even in self-motivation there is something that is the genesis of self-motivation. It doesn't spring from nothing. Could be a desire to excel, could be wanting to impress someone (what was the motivation for your post?), could be needing to pay the rent. It doesn't matter. One isn't more valid than the other. It's the final result that matters.

It's referred to as, "Whatever, works." The term, 'self-motivation' at its purest level, is actually a misnomer - unless you're starving. At that level, being hungry is the motivation to hunt and kill an animal. There are many motivators in life and business. Depending on how you view the world, the word 'self' can be meaningless in the discussion. At some level everything is a product of self-motivation, but at another level, nothing is.

          Self, is very overrated

I'm guessing that you've never faced eviction and had to look at your child and wonder what comes next? Good for you. Should you ever face that challenge, I can assure you that you'll be more motivated than you ever have been in your life.

Now, this is where you say, "Because I'm self-motivated to make money, I'll never be in that situation.

There's only one thing I can say, to that. Alrighty, now! lol

Go into googgle adwordkey tool and geo target .Inside of the keywords tool you can search based on location . You can then craft content specifically targeting audiences in that location.I do not do press releases .
And if you do not want to use seo which helps to drive traffic and potential subscribers to your website you are operating at a handicapp. If you want to increase subscribers you need a mouse trap. You need to be producing content whether it be podcasting , engaging youtube videos with a strong call to action .In all you aren't going to ecape the hub that spins the spokes of the hub which is seo .

The answer is pretty simple really - CONTENT and lots of it... 5 10 20 pieces a day across a multitude of platforms. Gary Vaynerchuck as of late is suggesting scaling that to 100 pieces a day.

All I can say is you better have a hell of a budget... which I am sure you do not. reality and expectations are not going to meet eye to eye on this deal you have made / promised. You need to Alter / drop the expectations or just quietly slip away at this point.

In context the word except means without.

You need a marketing plan for international subscribers without utilizing SEO and sending PR news. I assume PR means Public Relations?

There is a reason "why" you will not get paid and I suspect your friend will not get paid as well.

Since you came back and explained yourself a little better I am going to assume you are a legit poster. Welcome to the forum.

Since there is no SEO or PR that you have to do I assume the company is taking care of it, so the company website and ad channels just needs to make their visitors aware that a multi-language support staff is available to communicate. Unless of course a multi-language support staff is not available.

Whether you're getting paid or not, you're not helping anyone if you don't know what you're doing. Incompetent assistance, even at no cost, is worthless.

Incompetent assistance, ESPECIALLY at no cost, can be very expensive. Lost time, misdirection, chasing unicorns...tons of examples here at WF.

I must revive the PETER PRINCIPLE

the concept that people often rise to their level of incompetence. If that isn't pervasive, at the HIGHEST levels, nothing is.

Even then, following so-called experts is no guarantee. or else Hilary would be POTUS.

But great damage can be done by a "helper" who doesn't know what he is doing.

I think this makes my point even more on point.. they wont have the budget for " PROPER " marketing ( because they are not paying you ) and the reality is this.. that startup fails.. who are they going to blame?

Let your friend be pissed for a few weeks because you bailed vs loosing a friend for life.. because that is the road you are on.

Don't be afraid to ask questions if you don't know. Asking the "right" questions is part of the learning process and when done right will help you land a paycheck. Just be careful of the answers you get in forums. The first rule is.. Do your due diligence.

When you are not sure of what a member suggests ask them (politely) to explain in more detail because you are not certain of the advise. Example: When someone says use Facebook, Social Media and Forums to learn.. a red flag should pop-up in your mind because Facebook is Social Media and you are already in a forum

Keep at it and don't let anyone discourage for showing initiative.

Do some reading and searching on the forum. Don't expect people to hand you answers on a silver platter. Learn who knows what they're talking about and who doesn't...it's pretty easy to tell after you've read awhile. If you're serious about doing this job, you need to seriously INVEST time and energy into the solution.

Now. There are no guarantees. Ever. Highly experienced and talented people lose every day especially with paid advertising. So you...you are going to lose. Maybe not money, but time. And that's the ONLY way to move forward: to try something and test to see what results you get.

If it was me doing the work, here's what I'd do:

    1. Get to know my target market. Learn the specific words, phrases, concerns, topics, opportunities for fear and excitement they have. NOT your preconceived notions: those will always be wrong because you are not your customer.

    2. See what platforms they hang out on, read, watch, interact with, buy from. MAKE A FREAKING LIST OF THEM.

    3. Create content that feeds into those platforms or appears on them or at least references & emulates them. Have the content discuss and agitate those issues identified in step 1, while positioning my company as the authority and expert solution provider (which happens naturally if you do this step well.)

    4. Have the content provide a specific Call To Action the target market told me (see step 1) it valued the solution to.

    5. Get qualified people on a list. Segment them according to their behavior.

    6. Warm them up.

    7. Make the truly qualified prospects an offer.

    1. Social Media. Get a business page running on FB, start posting content. Make sure this content is relatable and shareable content. No one goes on facebook to buy things.
    2. Pinterest. If there's anything aesthetically pleasing about your product, post it on pinterest.
    3. Keep writing original valuable content.

Sometimes the best way to help someone is to not help them. If you want to spend your time, you can freely do so. That said, you didn't offer anything of value. Just the same regurgitated talking points that anyone can get, anywhere. Don't act as if you've unlocked life's mysteries and offered the OP something of value. You, didn't.

Well, the best advice I can give the OP is to learn how to FIND their most successful competitor and COPY them.

    How?

Finding top competitiors: Alexa Site Info

Reverse engineering competitors' backlinks: Semrush / Majestic

Finding competitors' social media presence: Google search
