Where to find consistant keyword demand figures?

I assumed that "keyword tool" at Seobook .com would be giving meaningful results, because it was recommended by someone I assumed knew what they were talking about. But I now find that it doesn't at all . . . the "Overall daily est" for a particular keyword being hundreds one day, then zero a week later.

So taking one result at a particular time is obviously totally useless for trying to find out what people are consistantly searching for! Yet it was recommended for doing exactly that! Grrrr!!!!

So, how do I find MEANINGFUL figures on what people are really, consistantly searching for, long-term, on particular words or topics????

thanks in advance for any helpful replies.

The keyword tool from SeoBook.Com pulls data mostly from Wordtracker. It is sometimes right and sometimes not.

I don't think there is a tool that is 100% accurate.

You can try Google Keyword Tool. It is from Google owners and no one can be as right as them when analyzing and reporting their own search engine.

I use the Google Keyword Tool too. If you want even better, you will probably have to pay for it.
