Look at adding in complimentary products at different price brackets. Move people up your value ladder (Russell Brunson style). Use paid traffic to get your leads, follow up with them via autoresponder sequence, get them into your buying funnel, move them up to your most expensive product.


Rince and repeat.

Yes, there are plenty of people selling a single course as their product and making extremely good money doing it. And you are right, it's all in the list.

It also doesn't hut to strike up relationships with others in the industry who might be able to expose you to their audience. Typically this is done via a webinar exchange (you do a webinar to his/her audience to gain business; he/she does a webinar to your audience).

By the way, I'm not sure why you are limiting yourself to a single course and income stream. There are almost always ways of creating separate courses somewhere down the line that you can market to the people who bought your first course. There are also usually quite a few affiliate marketing opportunities available for you to pursue with your customers, both in the course, itself, and via remarketing emails.

IMO yes you can earn that amount of money with a single product but it is a very risky thing to do.

If something ever happens that stops that one product from being profitable you would be in a bad position.

If you are starting out then focus on one product at a time but once you're able to then work on getting addition income streams.

I would also guess that you could scale from $1,000 to $5,000 with a single product.

But, it really depends on where your traffic comes and whether you can scale it up. And if not, are you able to find and drive traffic that converts like your current traffic does.

I make my coin selling products in the $10-60 range, but they're physical products. Relatively easy to convert although it's in a very competitive market.

The one thing I've learned is that customers are invaluable. Repeat sales are much easier to get than first time sales. Sure, it's wise to scale up your current traffic and you could probably get to a 'full-time' income doing it - assuming that there's enough demand for what you're selling. But, deepening your funnel with additional products can really boost your income.

You can, but the better LONG-TERM strategy would be to build in multiple products.

I would highly advise getting into the physical product space.

Ken McCarthy, one of the pioneers of internet marketing, said in one of his programs, that he has known only a handful of millionaires w ho sell only info products, and known countless millionaires who sell physical products.

What you describe is a real sh*t situation to be in. It's when you plan for the long-term that you make the big money, and when you plan for the short-term when you fail miserably, but it seems you're kinda stuck having to plan for the short-term.

Maybe you can plan for the long-term, work on getting your second product up and running, or a physical product, and if the baby comes along before you're making enough money, then go ahead and get a job, and try to keep building this thing on the side whenever you get a moment.

Based on what you are saying whenever you price your product for under 100 bucks it sells. Sounds like you have found a good price point.So do not chop and change the price unless of course you have soecial sales and promotion going on. I think it is a very bad idea to have 1 product.Products become absolete so therefore you should be enancing the value of your products and services otherwise competitors will come along with advanced products and wipe you out of the market.You should always be looking for ways to evolve your products and services.

Depends on our goal - I see it as quite risky to live on one product forever...if that product is good, other people will rip it off and you will see more competition over time. The only REAL way of combating that reality is to continue to expand and evolve your product offerings.

I personally would never SIT on one product for more than a year or two (which I have done)...but then again, I find it more fun constantly coming out with new offerings anyway.

Im going to be very pragmatic with this response... can you name me a "Real" non digital company that has only 1 product? If memory serves me correct you offer music lessons of some type? so something you can relate to. A musician / band creates an album... they don't have just AN ALBUM, they also have as many singles correct? so on iTunes or Google play for example they don't have a single product, they have 7 10 15 products. each song, plus the album.

I think you need to look at your offering in this way. I would suggest looking at what you have and segmenting into probably at least 3 separate products. a lessor package. a full package and then a package with access to you and other students within the confines of a private Facebook group with weekly scheduled times you can be there.

Yes this will require a bit of reworking something that is already working. I would suspect with some tweaking your conversion should actually increase, and if played out right, your over all "Profit" should increase.

And again I will leave you with this.. how many "Successful" Authors have 1 book? How many successful Restauranteurs have only 1 Restaurant? Even if Apple only sold phones.. how many phones do they release at a time? ( a BIG one and a smaller one )

Increase your offering and increase your profits.. and REALLY you need to start thinking about Course #2 with a a pre intended segway to course #3. A broad scope course and then start pumping more targetted specific courses.

Ever heard of the 80/20 rule, 80% of the products account for 20% of the sales and 20% of the products account for 80% of the sales, if your one product happens to be in the 20% of the product that accounts for 80% of the sales, or even better, a blockbuster product, then you can make a full time income and even beyond with just one product.

However, reading what you have mentioned in your post, I don't think there's enough data to form a conclusion exclusively aimed for your situation. Having that said, creating a Marketing Funnel is essential, and starting Email Marketing is a must. Don't neglect these two and you shall be well on your own to making a full time income and possibly beyond~

You can definitely make a full time income if you can scale it correctly.
If you can advertise for x amount and make that back and more in profit, then scaling will allow you to technically grow as much as you can.
Things might work slighlty different in practice - you will always have road bumps, obstacles, etc but you can definitely make it work.

2. Your $1,000 sales is a good start. Your goal is $3,000 per month, so let me break down the number for you:
One product sells for $3,000, you only need 1 customer
one product sells for $15,00, you only need 2 customers
one product sells for $1,000, you only need 3 customers
one product sells for $500, you only need 6 customers
one product sells for $100, you need 30 customers

Since your product sells for less than $100, that means you need over 30 customers activity shopping at your store.

3. I believe in word-of-mouth. If your product is amazing, your customers will come back and bring their friends and family to your business. So do a follow-up with your existing customers
4. I also only have one product on my blog business, but I affiliate with different companies, so "my product line" expanded without using my money but making more money.

5. Also, I diversify my income. I have a blog and a network marketing business. I also invest in cryptocurrencies and precious metals.

Sounds like you're on the right track, But if your goal is to make a significant increase in your income, you will have to do one of these 2 things ether scale up tremendously or get a high ticket product to sell.

Yes, it's certainly possible to make a lifetime income on just one product.

In my opinion to keep the lifetime of the product as long as possible is to make sure you have a high converting landing page, great traffic, and receive feedback from members to constantly update your product.

Products become obsolete so I advice you to invest time into researching and developing enhanced products not only for the sake of your business but also improving the experience of your customer.

I think that you should pick up a side hustle maybe mow peoples lawns, wash cars or something low cost while you build your business.
To me it is very foolish not having a job or side business to sustain you while you are building. THINK About it

Very nice question man, see people are willing to pay the amount as you are reducing the price ,so definitely people are getting value but as you increase the price , the sales are going down because people think that is that a wise decision to invest that much amount because its give or take, I will suggest, out of your product filter out some important valuable content and give them access to them(just to have them an idea that how your course will benefit them), so as they build that trust they will be willing to pay and this will increase the sales.

I can tell you that from all the successful people I talked to, all of them, no exception are focused. One of them that has 50 companies that employ over 5000 people told me: "You can do everything, just not everything at once". What you should do is double down your efforts into getting one product selling. It will take lots of iterations until you do something that starts working. Once it does, double down on paid ads targeting the same type of people. Only then you can move on to the next product.

Just last night I was at someone's house Grilling, chilling, and drink a few cold ones... They mentioned that there was an old barn out back full of junk, so off I went in the dark to check it out.

I ended up scoring a pair of old Stadium Seats that they CLAIM were out of the Houston Astrodome, for $25.

SO, if you're the kind of person that LOVES the thrill of "the hunt," meeting new people, being bold enough to strike up conversations with Strangers, digging through old junk, etc, etc,... then I say: GO FOR IT.

Just make sure you have the ability to pay your bills through other avenues for a MINIMUM of 6 Months.

You won't get rich overnight.

Find a NICHE, even if it's something you know nothing about, and learn everything you can about that type of item(s)...

Then go out and look for anything you can find that you can buy for a couple dollars, and sell for $20 or more.

Don't waste your time starting off with (for instance) Items that you buy for $2.00 and sell for $4.00. You'll get frustrated quickly, as it will take a long time for you to see any Profits building up.

Yes, possible! Because i am making a good living from a single product and that is my website. It is paying me enough to take out expenses and save some money for myself. I just pay $3 to my web host which is hostnoc and i think that makes me $1000+ a month. $1000 in my country is a lot of money.

I had eco toothbrush shop in small market in north europe. I had huge success but it was temporal and I came back where I started - to 0. My main mistake was: I STOPPED MOVING FORWARD. You cannot let that happen, so just try and try to stick your product everywhere you can, don't be annoying ofc.

Yes it is possible but not advisable to put your eggs all in one basket. Until recently when I discontinued the product, I mostly supported myself, wife & pets for over 3 years from a single physical product which we manufactured and sold. I only discontinued it because key parts were becoming more expensive and difficult to source .

Yes! I've met some people who sell single products/services and have been doing very well, plus it helps them focus more on sales and marketing. As long as it converts then that's good. When things get stable that's when you can diversify and offer other things.

Absolutely mate! I've made more than $500k per month with a single DIGITAL product, in a single niche. It can be done. In fact, I am in 3 different niches and in all three, I have only one single product for each niche.

Granted they are $2k products and not $100.

Advertising is KEY. If you don't learn how to advertise properly, you will never get to where you truly want to be.

My formula is:
Have a single (super simple) funnel with a MASSIVE backend.

So it all starts out with ads pointing to a webinar. Then from that point on I email people DAILY with super valuable content where I make a super soft pitch at the end of the emails. If you get into my funnel. You will be emailed every single day (sometimes twice per day) for around 9 years. That is how big my backend is.

Doing this has led me to making a metric ton of money.

Part of the answer is based on the idea expanding on the delivery of your single product. 1st a PDF report, then offer the audio version, then perhaps creating an online course. Mainly because it's easier to work on what's already created than to create something completely new. Hope this helps

It depends on the product. With the "course" that you have right now, you can achieve your numbers by scaling it up as it is converting. However, for sustainability, you should either have more products in the pipeline or have 1 product which you keep improving and making it bigger.

Keep the product suite updated and it will keep making you money.

It is possible. There's a ton of people who are making their living just by one product. When they do, they start to sell similar/complementary products for upsell and cross-sell. For example, if you're selling a fitness supplements, you start to sell a blender bottle, maybe a t-shirt so clothes, exercise machine, etc. Try different products until you figure it out which one works too.

I think your web site is on the right track. You should continue to try. Moreover, your experienced friend is ready to give you advice. The advice of an experienced man is very big. If a product is properly known, then a product will surely bring you a lot of money.

If you are having the success of $1K a month without any paid traffic, your product has the potential to make the $3K or more. I would study and test FB ads and other paid ads on a low budget.

You need to increase the perceived value of your product one way to do this compare apples to oranges so for example you could go to university spend x amount of dollars and x amount of time or you could take this course instead at fraction of cost



Do this and start charging higher, the more you charge you may get less conversions but also the more money you'll have to spend on start driving traffic making your one product scale-able.

I don't think so. According to me, change is very necessary, updating products and adding new products is very essential to survive. The competition is increasing and the demand of consumers change with time. Customers may like a product now and not like that same product after a few years. Hence need of adding products that satisfy the demand of consumers should definitely be given considerable thought.

I think it is very difficult to live with one product only to sell. You need to have lot of products - and recurring - to make nice income to you and your family. It is better for you to build list of customer, then you educate them by email everyday (use autoresponder) then you can sell other products for them. Years ago I sold a money making website kit. It actually worked and because of that I was able to live off of that 1 single product for about 2 years while earning very good money.

What happens is that down the line you may get an idea for a follow up product, as I did. Eventually I went on to create 3 additional ebooks that all centered around the same thing. And most of my customers kept buying them.

I guess my point is that you don't have to 'plan' on making multiple products at first. Get 1 out there, make it great and see where the road takes you by your customer feedback.

As your business model seems stable you can scale up by duplicating. do the same process with another course. Then focus more on your email marketing system to increase your customer's list.

You create one product, then make it better and better and better... to the point where you then splinter off more products from the "one". That, of course, comes later, so for now just the one will do.
