Good experience with VAs (virtual assistants) for monthly reporting?

I'm looking to take on a few good VAs that can handle monthly SEO and Adwords reporting.
Can anyone recommend a good VA or VA service company?

I would put together a list of monthly tasks that the VA would need to complete as part of the service agreement.

Make sure you select service providers who have done something similar to the tasks you have in mind

In many cases, 'training' a VA might kill your ROI due to the opportunity costs of lost time...
