How to verify google site?

Hi, let me ask you a problem, now that I want to add a google site to google web master, as usual, it has an HTML to verify the ownership of that web site. But the free site google site does not have a source for me to use ftp to upload. Is there any way of my body, guys !!

    There are several ways to verify your site, one of them is using DNS entries, if you are using your own domain its easy you just need to change the TX record as per google's instructions
