You should offer free PDF with some valuable info. Then send more emails with valuable information, and in every one of them you have a link to a product you endorse.

For example, you send them an article about Yoga positions. In the article, you mention a product/course that is related.

Yoga is a good niche to promote. there are different kind of yoga postures and its exercises which is meant for particular purposes. It is a huge niche.
When you are collecting the email Ids then repeatedly you can send step by step
procedures, benefits, and diets on yoga postures.

Email content is not an issue as long as you are willing to spend time doing research, There are many ebooks and articles online that can help you to create content. Always relate your email content with the associated products or services in your niche.

I've been promoting affiliate / CPA offer for over 18 years.

I heavily promote PPL (pay per lead...lead generation) offers. This is because there is no credit card / purchase required to complete an offer. All a user has to do is fill out a form, so conversion rates are typically much higher compared to offers that require a sale to be made.

I favor offers that have a make, get or save money benefit to them, as they have overall worked the best. They also tend to have the greatest mass appeal (will be of interest to a large general audience), so the potential exists to produce high volume and they are fairly easy to cross promote on the back-end.

Some of the verticals (niches) I have done extremely well with are: education, insurance, loans, debt, credit, mortgage, assistance, discount offers, homeowner offers, etc...

The bulk of the PPL offers that I promote pay $20-$40 per lead, but I also promote offers that pay more and less. You don't want to get too caught up on what an offer pays because how well it converts is just as important. For example, if you have an offer that pays $9, but if it converts at 2X or more of a $20 offer, then it will perform about the same or possibly better. At the same time, if you have an offer that pays $90 and it converts poorly, it may not even be worth promoting.

I have also done just as good with dating website sign-ups and pretty good with free trial + S/H offers. I also promote a very limited number of offers that are straight sales. For them, mass appeal is still the number one thing I look for and I also look for one of the following...

1) The product is new and/or novel-unique and you can't purchase it locally or even something similar. I don't waste my time with it once something similar shows up in Walmart.

2) The buyer can truly get what is being offered at a decent discount.

3) Solves a house is on fire type problem.

However, I mainly promote non-PPL offers on the backend.

Bottom line, it's far easier to get someone fill out a short form than to get them to pull out their credit card and make a purchase. So why struggle with trying to sell this or that, when you can provide free information that users want/need and get paid well doing it.

You have it in reverse buddy. You are looking for something to sell instead of picking a niche you feel passionate about. What do you know about yoga? How many years have you studied yoga, and practiced it? People will see thru your lack of expertise and passion. I do 90 minutes daily of deep yin, and 30-60 daily for 15 months. Folks would buy from me because I teach 'em for free, genuinely.

There is a boatload of PLR available for the yoga market.

If it were me.. I would do something like a pose a day in a nice little pdf file.. giving you the opportunity to sell mats and close and music and whatever else one might need.

The pose images would make solid Instagram content, solid Facebook content, and solid email content. you really couldnt go wrong.

Your approach won't work and you won't be successful. I am NOT trying to crash your party, on the contrary, I like to see people achieve success.

Tons of newbies make the same mistakes.

You are chasing the money, when you should be offering value. Don't chose a niche based on how lucrative it can be, but instead, choose a niche based on something you enjoy where you can provide real value to your audience.

Any niche can make money, but the money is not in the niche, it's in YOU. A so called hot niche will be a struggle for someone who does not understand the audience.

Don't forget your online efforts are a BUSINESS! Treat it like a business. Choose something you enjoy, help people, make a ton of money (I get that is over simplified).

Your process is also flawed. You don't just make a landing page and build a list. Sure, offering something for free can get an email address, but there's much more to the picture.

Business and/or computers are fine niches... you have passion, and there are others who have the same interests. Biking and hiking are are also good since you enjoy them.

"Trying to learn" about a niche before promoting it is a big mistake because you cannot add value if you don't understand the audience... if you are not immersed in it. It's very hard to produce content and help people when you don't really enjoy the niche. Trust me, I've done that and it's a struggle.

Yes, Facebook is really strict. It's also expensive, and ads easily get lost with all the other things that grab attention. Facebook is not a great advertising platform anymore (that's my opinion), but FB groups can be great for traffic... and that's free traffic.

I don't think you should choose your niche based on advertising platforms. There's PLENTY of places, communities, sites, and groups all over the Internet where you can reach your audience.

When you choose a niche you enjoy, business becomes fun. You can build a brand around YOU... and your audience will appreciate you.

On the other hand, I recommend you find (if possible) a yoga trainer and partener with him or her.

You can post a joint venture proposal on forums like this you are on right (Warrior Forum), or you can use social media sites like Facebook ( more than one billion people are active on this website and you can leverage this in some way or another).

If someone is is interested in Yoga they should definitely be interested in the "Health & Fitness" niche in general. Even food offers are on the table.

Not sure about Yoga, since never tried it myself and i don't like to give recommendation on products i don't have enough knowledge about, can't say it and it didn't really pop up on my radar, but it kind of seems it's in the niche of Nutra, Health products and so on. But in the regard of what to sent, what i noticed works with these of offers is giving them info, helpful articles, something to attract the eye. I ran Nutra offers for male enhancement, Beauty products always A/B tested it with an article as a prelander and directly to the payment page, and always got better results with the article. If you just give pepole a PDF without out of the blue it might not go easy for them, but if you give them a funnel that begins with info and them clicking there way to your payment page or to where they make you money, it would be a whole lot better mate. jusy a suggestion
