Affilojetpack, has anyone had any success in 2018 or 2019?

I am looking for a product/coach/mentor that will:
*Help me be able to figure out if a niche is profitable, or at least viable.
* Help figure out how to set up websites that will actually be successful at list building.
* Present a successful email pattern for a years worth of emails.
* Explain where to get/how to provide freebies that actually have some kind of value.
* Present how to make squeeze pages that work.
* Obviously figure out all the stuff I didn't mention here cause I don't know I need them.
I have hosting, half couple websites getting live Google traffic and sales through Amazon links. Half dozen or so more websites in other areas that I know can work but I don't know how to do it right. So far I've put in maybe 1500 hours this year on my working sites but only making maybe $20/month average.
I KNOW Internet Marketing can work but just can't get all the pieces to fit right.
I want to live on my income within 14 months when I turn 62.
