Google account for different Email

How do you set up Google account for different clients?

I have couple new clients and they need google accounts. Google will not allow new accounts with the same phone numbers.

I guess the best way to do this is actually ask the client for text number and have them confirm the code when I sign up?

    Why Don't you allow your customers to open their account on their own? Opening a Google account is free of cost.
