Option to Subscribe to Whole Website or to Buy Single Article: Platform Options

Hello,
I was looking to setup a subscription/membership website. Although I'm hoping to make most of my money this way, I was thinking perhaps instead of subscribing to read informational articles some people might prefer to just buy a single article as a stand alone product. Does anyone know of a platform where a customer could have the option to either buy a single article for a few dollars or subscribe to the website to access all materials? Hoping for a simple solution. Thank you for your knowledge!

If you are using wordpress it is pretty easy to set something up with various membership levels or restricted access using something like S2member. They have a free version and you can always test things that way and decide if a paid version is worth investing in. Still low cost.

It is easy enough to set up sales pages for individual items and then upsell the membership.

There are a ton of paid solutions and many people will suggest different platforms and solutions.

The choice you make will depend on what you can afford to invest from either a time point of view or a financial one and how happy or proficient you are working with levels of technical stuff or just requiring a low tech system to assemble things together.

Where do you feel you sit in regards to putting it together?

    Best regards,

    Ozi

Thank you Oziboomer! It is great to get help as a newcomer. Right now I'm exploring a low cost simple solution. Just an idea that I'm testing to see if it could be viable.
