Can I submit some of them to articles websites? They're pretty well written. Would that count as duplicate content even as my own?

    It won't be a problem as emails are irrelevant, so what goes through your autoresponder doesn't count as web content. It will obviously be duplicate content if the same copy ends up on different sites.
