MIVA -Do They Geo-Target?

I was looking at MIVA search - their click costs are low but I can't find anywhere on the site where you can set geo-targeting.

If my offers are for the USA only - can I set geo-targeting to USA only?

Just been in there again and looked all over their FAQ and tons of other links - but nowhere does it say you can geo-target your offer - if especially it is only for one country to offer it in.
