Selling a website on ebay. What to do?

Hey Guys.

I had a someone build me some websites before they migrated and I got the domain names from Namecheap. He is hosting them on his server but I have the credentials n everything to them.

I am selling them on eBay and i got 2 buyers... But I don't know the procedure to actually transfer ownership to the new buyers... Can someone help me on this?

for transferring domain it is pretty easy but since you have domain on namecheap, the buyer need namecheap account as well
for hosting i recommend to call hosting help desk or get a freelancer from fiverr, it is quite complex
