guest book with contact author form

Hi!
Can somebody recommend me where to find php script like this. I am looking for a guest book or a message board where anybody can post a message without registration. A user lives his email when he posts a message.

Then anybody can contact him/reply via contact form by clicking on his post/signature. It will send an email to the author of the post.

    Real question is - would anyone post and leave their email on a site where there is no restriction on who can access that posted email? I wonder.

      I apologize if I didn't explain this well enough. User's email will be hidden. Anybody can contact user by clicking on his post and filling out a contact form. In this case an email with the message will be sent to the autor of the post.
