Crafting my offer / package - HELP

Hi Warriors,

I am looking for recommendations on courses or online trainings that can assist with crafting my offer / packaging my services.

I run a consultancy agency specialising in Websites and Sales Funnels.

I have gone down the rabbit holes of either building a digital agency or going the online course model. I have settled on a hybrid approach of offering High Ticket package that incorporates both Done For You and coaching / training.

However, I am struggling with what that looks like and how to deliver it. Hoping someone knows of training that can help me with this.

Does Frank Kern have a product that covers this?

Thank you!

You are a consultant advising people about creating sales funnels and you don't know how to create an offer?

Are you just starting out at this?

    Offering "High Ticket" packages?

I'm sorry but how do you expect people to buy something you are selling without having an understanding of some of the most basic principles?

I know I'm pretty blunt with what I ask and am saying here but do you have any real experience in creating websites and sales funnels?

If you are thinking of starting an agency selling websites and sales funnels I would suggest you start by doing some research on what the market wants.

Are you targeting small business owners?

Are you targeting people with products to sell online?

    Who are you targeting?

    What do they want?

Can you deliver what they want?

You create your offer from the desires of where the future position of your ideal target market wants to be.

You must first understand what it is the people you are trying to sell to really want and need.

Then before you build anything ask those people "What do you want and need"

"How much would you pay for a solution that meets those needs?"

"Tell me what the perfect solution looks like to you?"

"If I could deliver the perfect solution to you would you buy it from me?"

Start with a few of those things before you pay Frank Kern or anyone else in IM any money at all.

If you can't do the basic research and the basic things on your own first you will only be poorer down the track.

    Best regards,

    Ozi

I would suggest that you simplify your approach. The thing is, you seem to have run into a roadblock... and your solution is to ADD complexity to the mix. In my view, you should do just the opposite.

What is your CORE business? Focus on that. Get really good at it.

Then... maybe... slowly... gradually... you can add other services or products.

I don't think buying yet another course is the solution.

    Best,

    John

you have to know your own skills and what you can offer better to your audience, and then package it accordingly.

Thank you everyone for taking the time to answer my question. Just a bit of clarification. I am not starting out. I am already providing these services as DFY and getting results for clients. I serve a number of niches and know their pain points. I know my own skills.

The problem I have is that I only have so many hours in my day and I am at capacity. I currently manage a team of people to help serve the clients I have. But that has its own set of challenges in maintaining quality and the challenges of managing staff.

So I guess this is more of a question about business models and how I can "repackage" what I already do to increase my revenue in the most efficient and manageable way possible.

My preference would be to offer a package that includes DFY / Coaching at a higher price point with just a few clients each month as opposed to just DFY at a lower price point with a need to serve lots of clients to achieve the same revenue target.

I was hoping that this community could recommend any training or experts that specialise in this space. I am not looking for free advice. I value the time and expertise of anyone that can help provide clarity about how to "level up" my business.

      OK.

If you are at capacity, which is a rare condition, you can either increase staff or production or control the workload by increasing prices.

If you want to get you head around things maybe do up a Business Model Canvas and then focus in on your value proposition.

You can get some useful tools for free from Strategyser and maybe get a hold of their Value Prop design material to work on the high ticket stuff.

You can do one of their course for free here: https://www.strategyzer.com/training/courses

It is alluring to pay some of the IM Gurus big money to get a grasp of how they sell high ticket sales but before you do that maybe look at what you can do and study first.

Here is a slideshare from a presentation Roland Frasier did a few years ago now but it may interest you and if you can find it there is a presentation out there somewhere on a high ticket thing he was doing. I just don't have time to dig it up for you.

But the slide deck of one that shows a few things for you is here: https://www.slideshare.net/rolandfra...n-january-2014

If you are going down the high ticket path then build that out before you pay for other advice because I can tell you th advice is likely to be just 5X or 10X or 100X your prices and you can do that without taking a course.

If it was me and I had a team of people at capacity I'd add more to the team and focus on keeping the volume up or outsourcing the excess. usually the problem is the other way round - excess capacity and shortfall in marketing to deliver business to the front end. - and at the same time increase prices.

Can you directly increase prices to existing clients to improve revenue?

      Best regards,

      Ozi
