Getting online reviews

I'm in need of getting online reviews. My main focus is getting them on my Facebook page, but I could use them on Google too. I would like to create a text message/ email that I can send with a link asking for people to share their experience. Does anyone have a template they use or any advice on how to do that? I would like to find a way I can do it myself without paying another company a monthly fee.

    When you say "Share their experience" are they customers? If so, you should be collecting their email address into an autoresponder. Then just set the message up and send it out.

    If it is an ecommerce site most have some type of responder built into it. At least the ones I have used do, mine would send an email about a week after the customer received the product asking for a review with a link for them to follow.

      Its a service. We do decorative concrete for residential and commercial buildings. I was trying to think of a way to text it to people. Like the dentist I go to sent me a text with a link to leave a review on google. When I tried to do that though the link I copied was really long.

        Use a link shortener like bit.ly or I am sure there is an app for that

    If your main focus is to get facebook reviews on your page, am I correct that you have a Facebook following?



    If yes, why not create a post and ask your followers to help you out.



    You can also drop a link to the page where they can leave you a review on Google.


    If you've done this service for residential and commercial locations you should have some real fans.



    Just pick up the phone and ask them to help you out. People love to help
