How do I find affiliate marketers for a product with 3-5% conversion and $50 payout?

Hi, I have some products I made and am selling. They convert at around 3-5% and have been doing so for months. There's also an opportunity for recurring membership revenue.

The problem is that I don't know how to increase the size of the audience.

How would I go about finding experienced affiliate marketers? What does an experienced, successful affiliate marketer look for in a product they are looking to sell? How can I discern the truly great affiliate marketers from the people just blowing hot air?

I've already set up the affiliate program in WordPress with AffiliateWP. I just need affiliates to sign up for it and start selling.

    Have you tried launching your product through the forum using the WSO feature? That would be the first place I would try to get some affiliates.

    You can also list your product up in muncheye through warrior plus, jvzoo or even clickbank. Create a little JV page with a video, have a little contest, and you can also reach out to the top vendors or affiliates through facebook, most of them are on facebook too

    You would probably be better off with an affiliate network such as Warriorplus, jvzoo, clickbank, or shareasale.

    People tend to be leary of site run affiliate programs unless the site has a great reputation. Not to mention the fact that affiliate networks already have a stable of affiliates just waiting for new products to promote. While it might have higher expenses it could be justified by more sales. And all this is contingent on the quality of your products
