More details about your website would help people figure out ways to help you. You could sell direct ad space, with 1M views you should be able to get more money out of PPC than just $100. Maybe think about selling some type of digital product or service, possibly private coaching.

My website currently get's an average of over 1 M page views every month consistently......I do offer upgraded memberships but I hardly get few subscriptions a month. I'm not too worried about that, I'm sure as the site get's busier it will get better

You have 1 million page views each month and you barely get any subscriptions...and you're not worried about that? I feel there is something seriously wrong with that logic. If your strategy is not able to convert more than a couple subscriptions out of 1 million views, then I'm not sure why you feel 2 or 5 or 10 million more page views will change that conversion rate?

If you're getting 1 million views per month, that's great. You're definitely doing something correct in directing traffic to your site. As others have said though, without more details, it's tough to offer suggestions on how to increase your conversion rate or better monetize the site.

There are many affiliate programs on dating, you can check Clickbank.com, there are many dating products that are converting very well. Even if you're getting 10 million page view, you will still be making a penny with Google Adsense.
Find good affiliate programs of dating to monetize your blog.

in the dating niche there are many products to promote from dating offers at maxbounty and peerfly as well as clickbank. You can also venture into the risque if you so desire.

If you are making $100.00 to $150.00 per month with adsense especially considering they pay pennies, then I would think you have good quality traffic. I would get a squeeze page set up and start collecting email addresses then start promoting

Well give up adsesne and try to promote some dating cpa ofters or affiliate offers kn your posta ..Also stop losing so much traffic and build an email list and market to them per life

I would start by looking at what your competitors are doing and look at trying to replicate and test to see what works best.

  Agree, If there are specific types, if you want promote dating site I would go for affiliate network for adult/social instance. most the big brands have their own affiliate programs. try to check other competitor's affiliate sources. if you like something more organic maybe try to explore SEO and backlinks

You can join a CPA network like maxbounty or peerfly, and see if they have any dating offers that you can advertise on your site. You can also sign up for affiliate networks such as clickbank to find products in the dating niche, and advertise those on your site. You may also rent space on your site to people who want to advertise their banners, etc. Hope you find that to be useful!
