Need some tips and ideas for using digital marketing tools in order to find the best people for business meeting at B2B conference.

    Every B2B conference that I've gone to will publish the list of businesses that will be present at the conference. I've never heard of a b2b conference not advertising that list to those who register. It seems counterproductive.

    Can you see previous years attendees and make the assumption they will be back this year?

    Participate in the social media groups and hashtags relevant to the conference. A potential goldmine is in followers of the speakers and influencers.

    For example, if your conference has its own custom Twitter hashtag, use Tweetdeck (free) to follow the hashtag. Most likely, people who use the hashtag are planning on attending the conference.

    In our region, we do have groups on facebook about b2b conferences. It gives a list of businesses that will be participating. You might want to try that one, it's something I find easier to do.
