Landing page converting but client not selling
One of my clients is a tour guide in a very popular city.
He sells private tours for a high price but even the price is high, it's considered a good price for the industry.
The strategy is to run adwords -> send the people to the landing page from where they can fill a very short form (submit day of arrival, how many persons and ask to be contacted back in order to know the final price or other details).
On the landing page it self we are listing the avarage price so the users know which is the aprox range.
We have a very good conversion rate on these form (captcha also installed) but once the client sends the final offer via email, they do not buy.
The strange thing is that the client is also listed on Aviator and Trip Advisor and he works a lot, for the same price and same service.
We are stuck. He is selling a lot through Aviator and Trip Advisor but nothing from the landing page, even if we have a lot of conversions.
Any advice for a different strategy? Thanks
