Is This A Requirement Of Google's?

I just had a customer of mine who purchased a blog ask me if the blog contained a Privacy Policy, since that is a requirement on Google.

I searched Google for it but all I could find was info about their OWN privacy policy.

Does anyone have any info on this?

      If you want to use Adsense it it required by Googles TOS.
