What are internet marketing's most honest products/systems?

Hi all,

If you're like me, you're bombarded every day with the latest and greatest 'set it and forget it', 'done for you', 'hands off', products/systems/programs. Some of these systems undoubtedly work, as I have tried and been profitable in some.

But most I've bought have been garbage and completely hyped-up by the salesletter.

There are many unsavoury methods that involve stuff like throwing up hundreds of rubbish, spammy sites, or creating fictional characters to earn the trust of consumers in niches, etc. Not only is all this unethical of course, but it is hard to make these sites stick around before being de-indexed/buried, etc.

But can anyone recommend any white hat, honest, long-term, systems/products/programs that require hard work to make them profitable? I realise that not everyone will want to share, because sometimes, when you have something that works, you're loathe to make it public. And that's fine :-)

The first one that jumps to my mind is 'Xfactor' John's excellent, 'Micro Niche AdSense Course', found at adsensemasterscourse.com. This is a course that is long-term, but needs hard, consistent work to make it happen. Its method is sound, and John himself is held in high regard due to his candour here in the Warrior forums.

Any recommendations are welcome, and may help newbies not shy of some hard graft. Someone once said that success belongs to those who go the extra mile. If you knew you had to work hard for 6 months to be making $5,000 per month, would you do it?

To freedom,

Scotty

    Hi Scotty,

You don't really need anyone to give you a system. I know this is what most people are looking for - but in reality you have all the information you need right here in this forum.

If you've been around a while (which judging by your membership time - you have), you'll already understand what's necessary and it's probably just a matter of you choosing a direction and going with it.

The beauty of the Internet is that you can choose your own model for making money that works your skills and suits your preferences.

No-one else can give you what you're after.

There are MANY different ways to make money, and unless you get behind one and work it - it's irrelevant which one you choose.

If you do fully get behind a model, again it's almost irrelevant which one - most will make you decent money if you take them seriously.

There are only a few aspects to it and I'm sure you already know them:

1 - Identifying a group of people that you can access that want something.

Accessing them is the hard bit, but even that can be easy in most niches with the use of PPC, so there's really no reason for not being able to do this.

2 - Having something to sell

Accessing people is only useful if you have what they want to buy - again this is easy as you can slice this any way you like and don't have to re-invent the wheel. Sell someone elses product, make your own, outsource it, information, audio, video, software, services etc.... you can do whatever works.

    3 - Creating a way to make follow-on sales

This is usually as simple as putting an auto-responder in place with a series of follow-on offers to ensure you keep that relationship with the customer and allow them the opportunity to buy more from you.

This also acts as building intrinsic value in your business which you can eventually sell if you don't intend to keep running things yourself.

4 - Leverage, Scalability and Systems

The big area most people miss out on is taking things to the next level. Creating your business in a way that doesn't take all of your time, money or energy to keep it growing is where the big money is at. As long as you don't try to do everything yourself - you can grow your business way beyond your own abilities.

    That's about it....

        Hi Scotty

I totally agree with what Andy has said and like you I love Xfactors course but to be honest sometimes you need just that little bit more.

I would strongly recommend Wordpress Goldmine - it has a fantastic very active forum with a great community spirit and Mark (the owner) is the real deal. Very honest upfront guy who doesnt promise you $10,000 a month sitting on your backside on a beach somewhere. But he does help you to grow a business.

I joined recently and am learning loads about all kinds of stuff. Sure I could learn a lot of the stuff elsewhere but I trust what I am learning and I dont have to wade through piles of flannel to get to the good bits.

And the War Room is great too.

All the best with your search

You might like Teaching Sells. It's closed right now but you can sign up to be on the notification list. I'm in the middle of the current session and the information is very good and the approach about honesty and authority. It's membership sites, yes, but it's membership sites with a purpose.

Anything by Kevin Riley or Steven Wagenheim is as up front and honest as you can get. There are others too but those came to mind right away.

A system is only as good as the person who uses it. By that, I mean, you have to give any system you discover or use your own personal touch.

There are so many ways to make money, find something which works for you, something you like doing and really, with a little direction, you can't fail.

Main hurdle is finding something and committing to it. Once you are comfortable and you have your own long-term, stable system, then you look at evolving with it, and even breaking new ground.

Thing is, I didn't earn a dime online in all the time I studied. It was only when I actually followed one thing - in this case I invested in a website - that I actually made money and my motivation when through the roof because I saw results immediately.

Personally, Chris Surfrider produces some excellent stuff about affiliate marketing on a mass scale.

But above anything else, if you're stuck looking for a decent system and don't want to keep buying product after product without knowing how effective that system is before committing to it >> GET IN THE WAR ROOM.

Even though I have only been here for just awhile, but I think this forum is one of the best places in terms of getting honest precise information/ systems on Internet marketing from guys who've been in this online business scene for some time.

Other-than the WF i would strongly recommend that you checkout the Wealthy Affiliates @ their Internet marketing University. I have learned so much in just a couple of months of joining. Their products have also answered as lot of questions I couldn't get answers on about Internet Marketing and understanding the online business scene.

Another thing though, I have noticed that people sometimes get all the honest products/ systems on Internet Marketing but don't PLAN well and Work their Plans...
So, knowing your particular niche and Taking ACTION is the main thing I think one should do at once, the rest we'll learn along the way...!

Chris Rempel's stuff is amazing. If you don't make money off his ideas, you either are not implementing them, or you have picked a niche where there is no demand

The War Room is definitely a must.

If you are still looking after that, then anything by Mark Ling is upfront and honest. So affiloblueprint or his affilorama stuff. Mark actually owns a few of the top selling products on clickbank, in non IM niches, and he knows he stuff from both sides of the coin i.e. affiliate and a vendor.

    Hi all,

Pot pie Girl (one week marketing) is great, as she is totally straight talking and explains everything very easily, missing nothing out. She gives you a day by day plan, so you can't go wrong really, especially to get an understanding of how the many pieces fit together.

Also I am doing Dave Nicholson's 12 week course, that is fab, as you have set tasks every week, with step by step hold you by the hand videos, which is an idiot proof way to learn all the 'techy' bits if you are naturally not techy, but creative like me! I seriously can't believe how much its helped me, I feel like a genius now!! Lol ! Also you can take as long as you need, so if it takes you a year, that's fine, and there is email support too, from him in person! John Thornhill his Business Partner is totally on the level too.

Hope that helps, bought my own fair share of 'tat', but these are a really strong foundation to start from, they must be, because going from totally 'huh, what, :/ ?!!' I can now talk about IM and make peoples eyes glaze over with boredom! Woo hoo, I am turning into a geek, and I love it!!

Have a great day all, thanks,
