Investing $150 in ads and generating $100 of income does not mean that investing twice as much will only generate twice as much income. You could invest $300 the next week and make $700 in income. The more people you are reaching the more likely you are to increase your income. That being said I do believe there are other ways to increase income. It would help to have more information on what your niche/ product is.

Hello my niche is Dating and i work on a ppl basis.
If that helps i have an average conversion of 70% (By Conversion i mean in this case when a user clicks on the action button) and then i have an average 15% from click to registration where i get paid.
So you are saying that by increasing my budget i should see even better results?

You just dropped the math right there.. you are converting 70% are clicking to the offer.. and then 15% are actually converting. so for every 100 people you throw at this.. 70 click and then 10.5 convert.

when people discuss "Scaling" most are referring to increasing the numbers of traffic across the offer. Like I just said using your math 100 people in and 10.5 conversions out How much traffic did the $150 buy you?

Some insight from someone that does CRO for a living... IF out of 100 views you are snagging 70 clicks to look at your offer and you are actually converting 10.5 of those.. you are without question headed in the right direction but leaving a lot on the plate.

I have found over the years that once you cross the 3% conversion mark, it can be super fine tweeks that can boost your final conversion by a lot. IF I had an ad that was pulling 70% I would be shooting for about a 30% conversion rate... or 23 people of the 70 to buy.

In your case that takes the $150 in and $250 out more in line with $150 in and $500 out. I would suggest working on optimizing the offer to at least the $300 mark before you SCALE.

What do "I" mean by scale? Scale for me is going from 1 single ad to that presumably focuses on a single search term to expanding terms 1 at a time until the math is right and move to the next and the next and the next. There comes a point where you then SCALE across platforms. you may be on Google now, and then ADD Bing, and ADD Facebook, and ADD Insta.

there comes a point where you are $1500 out and $5000 PER PLATFORM in the example here you are looking at $6000 in equals $20,000 out THAT is scale

You actually nailed it,

I think you gave me one of the greatest tips and i really do thank you for this. Someone in this thread said that affiliate marketing is all about numbers and i agree but the whole point in this is how do each affiliate utilize those numbers.

I would also like to know more about your company and what exactly you do. I might need some extra assistance. (I hope this doesn't go against the policy of warrior forum) Feel free to message me to discuss further.

My company does a few things all pertaining to marketing generally for small business'. Not trying to be pompus or anything like that but based on the numbers we are talking here.. what I do, and what you have, would not be a perfect fit for me.

However, I have absolutely no issues with sharing what it is I know, and for the greater good of all, I am not afraid of answering questions here. Helping YOU on a forum like this is going to help many others... and honestly that is why I spend time on this forum. Sure I learn stuff, but its the giving aspect I look for.

So ask questions, leave links to look at. ill do my best to help you out.

I have an internet marketing blog that I monetize with affiliate offers,my own products,1-on-1 coaching,etc.

What has worked well for me is ranking on the 1st page of Google for keywords in my niche that get thousands of searches per month (SEO).

If you can rank on the 1st page of Google for these kinds of keywords you can generate a lot of traffic,leads and customers. Of course it takes a lot of work but when you get it dialed in you'll create a certain level of automation in your business.

Indeed SEO is one way to go and I am already trying to achieve that. It takes time though. My plan is to launch my site into multiple languages and then my target should be more articles in all countries that i will be operating. If i may ask have you spend a lot of money in SEO and did you see a great ROI ?

Affiliate Marketing is a Numbers Games, I'd say you should optimize & tweak your marketing strategy.
- Figure how to generate more traffic.
- Build an email lists and re-targeting pixels to cut down future marketing cost.

A smart move would be to build an email list of that profit ,this will help you to achieve passive income and to have an asset .if you just spend money only for traffic then you need to spend money all time and you are not guaranteed you will make a profit

I am already working on it But that's a long shot for me as it requires time and effort. First of all the plan is to start generating sales with the least resources possible. Then expand in new GEO's and thereafter introduce push notifications and email magnet to support my sales, but in any case will not be the major source of sales.

I would definitely offer some form of lead magnet and get visitors to subscribe / build an email list.

That's key when doing affiliate / cpa marketing.

Run the numbers in your business. Figure out the cost per click, cost per sale, cost per lead... and figure out how much money you have to spend in order to make 1 sale.

With that information, you should be able to see how much money you need to invest into advertising in order to make the kind of money that you need to make.

Sometimes this involves finding new places to advertise, and tweaking to reach the same results that you're having on the other platforms that you now currently advertise at.

I think you should come up with a plan. If you invested $100 and made $250, you should invest another $100 and see the results you get. After a month, you can choose to increase the money to $200. If you do it consistently you will hit your targeted profit level soon.

Assuming you know how to track conversion per campaign, I would pick which ad platform or ad set produced the best conversions and SCALE UP my ad buys.

Since you're generating $250 for every $150 spent, I'd spend everything I make on those winning ads so they can produce even more results.

I'll also invest some of my profits on experimenting with other ad platforms or ad sets

Scale slowly. I would also suggest setting up multiple streams of income & expanding your brand awareness (you or your website,etc). Also test time and time again different offers, landing pages, traffic sources

Yes, good point . . . scale slowly and cautiously. I've heard that some ad platforms scale more reliably than others for example, some people say that YouTube ads scale much more reliably than FB ads.

For what you are succeeding with . . . have a look and see if there are any more advanced strategies that might improve results. For example, I've seen a lot of people say they can make a profit using FB ads, then I watched one webinar from a guy who's found a way to more than double his profit from FB ads . . . by doing ads that are links to article or video content, not ads for products at all . . . because FB users much prefer valuable free info than buying something initially, FB gives much lower ad costs to these content type ads, and they convert much better, build a mailing-list and so on. He said that gives him less than half the ad cost per sale.

I recently made some notes from some other guys talking about little-known advanced FB ad strategies . . . there's info that few people know, which can make a big difference.

Hi Imguru the goal is to lunch in more GEOs and reduce the risk of losing one GEO. In terms of the traffic source due to the vertical i am in (Dating) it's much more harder to find a good reliable source which i can send stable traffic. Google ads actually do the job!!
