If you want to succeed in Internet Marketing and build a reputable trusted Brand/Company/Product you need to offer all your customers a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee & Lifetime Warranty/Service. Now more than ever customers have plenty of avenues to buy products and services. The competition is massive and fully saturated. How will your products and services stand out above all others? The answer is Customer Service, Quality Built Products that offer Lifetime warranties & support, offering unlimited revisions, offering 100% Satisfaction Guarantees. These are the staples of a great Brand/Company image. You build empires on providing not only premium well designed products but also earn the customers trust with support that ensures all the customers needs are addressed.

    Great advice for anyone getting into IM. SO much competition like you said and this is one small way to get peoples attention that not everyone who is in IM might think of or see as something favorable to offer their customers.

    Unlimited Revisions?

    Absolutely unreasonable if you expect to make a profit simply because some clients and even competitors will without end make unlimited and unreasonable requests.

    Historically, freelance copywriters, coders and graphic artists have lost significant money, if not all profit, by overwhelming requests for unlimited revisions beyond the agreement's scope.

      They might lose all profit on a project once in a while, but they would gain many more projects because of the safety net in place for new clients to take a risk on them. The majority of the time, if you're as good as you advertise you are, clients do not require more than a couple revisions.

      I think it's a matter of the gains vs the losses in the big picture.

      This holds true for the 100% money back guarantees. Businesses technically lose money when they need to refund 100% of the payment, but they will gain much more business because customers feel safer taking the risk on that product...the "nothing to lose" psychology.

      We offer no additional guarantees to service businesses. Everyone receives the same guarantee.

    If you offer a premium quality product or services then you don't really have to worry about customers having to use your warranty/money back/customer service. It is all about making your customer feel safe buying from your business, keep in mind there are plenty of other companies they can buy from.
