How to verify the authenticity/reliability of a CPA offer?

I plan on sending large amounts of traffic to CPA first page/email submit (free trial, sweepstakes, giveaways, etc) offers and NEED to ensure they convert when they say they will, as I've had offers not convert upon valid submission in the past (Maxbounty/Peerfly offers). Is anyone familiar with publishers, specifically within Maxbounty and Peerfly, that have reliable offers that convert reliably? Is there somewhere I can verify an offers credibility?

    Firstly, what network is the offer on? That can tell you a lot to begin with. Try out the offer with a small amount of traffic, it's all about testing small, finding a winner and then scaling up.

    You really don't have much of a choice other than to send traffic to it and see how it converts.

    Any offer that I find that does well, I like to have from more than a single network. That way if an offer gets paused, I can change the redirect and send traffic to the other one. Which can certainly happen and has happened to me. Also, if your conversions ever seem off. you can split test it between multiple networks. However, it's doesn't help if the issue is at the advertiser level, other than to identify it.
