People Stealing my Affiliate link ID code

I need help here. I have a feeling people are stealing my affiliate link ID code. When I check the referring url column in my affiliate hits log, it's obvious the affiliate code has been taken out. When I click on the edited affiliate link, this is the message I get:

"Bad Request
Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.
Additionally, a 400 Bad Request error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."

Please how do I solve this? It's costing me commissions.

Thanx

I am not sure if you use WordPress but I bet you do. You should use pretty links to mask your affiliate link. It's free to use. You can download it from here:

It is recommeded that you cloaked your affiliate links. If you are using WordPress then using Pretty links or Thristy affiliate can cloaked your affiliate URL.

Sounds like the entire link is broken, not just your affiliate tracking.

I would double check the link syntax.

You can protect your link using Cloaking Technique. There are plenty of tools that will cloak you link. you can even do it on you own using some HTML and PHP codes.

There are 3rd party plugin and scripts you can use also. Or simply use cloud service: ClickGum to cloak unlimited links and track up to 1,500 clicks/mo for free.

who is stealing the your commissions. it is hard to tell from your post but I get the Idea that it is the vendor and not someone else. if it is the vendor then you need to be having a discussion with them about this.

Sounds like there is a problem somewhere if the link generates a 400 Bad Request error rather than someone is stealing your ID.
