Which idea are you referring to? The manufacturer of the pre-fab home or Amazon selling them? You haven't presented any other "cool" idea..lol!

This is another product and niche that people have to know how to reach or develop the market for - same as you do for "cool" nail clippers on Amazon which you'd probably sell more of I fathom.

What would be a better question is, does anyone have a "cool" idea how to go about finding buyer's for these and what type of funnel or website strategy would they use or recommend. IMHO

      Another pipe dream with:

and I see lots of potential in it because you can create huge up to 15k plus by selling these portable homes using amazon affiliate program

I see bigger potential selling yachts and jets.

Every Warrior here sees POTENTIAL, many just want the potential of making a few bucks a day even, let alone all that BIG money being an affiliate of Amazon.

So, thanks Professorrosado. The best idea for any Warrior seeking a profit is in what you say needs to be done...

finding buyers or a cool strategy to use. Always the essential thing lacking in these big POTENTIAL ideas.

So, if I were interested in finding a buyer for a jet or a yacht, or a diy home, I'd have a tendency to go to the places where such people play, shop and intertwine.

Hard to sell an Ocean going yacht to some guy living on a Lake Mead boathouse (even one he built from a kit).

      Market first. Buyers first. Then add the P O T E N T I A L.

Ages and ages ago, I had a real estate appraising company. My appraisers wanted more money, so I told them, I'd give them 10% of any work given my company by someone they referred for as long as that someone gave me work.

I told them, my best client is giving me $18k to $19k a month, my smallest is giving me $3,000 to $4000 a month.

The potential, if they were like me? $300 to $1,800/month per referral.

Guess how many of my complaining "I don't have enough money" got me a client?

    Yup, you guessed it, none.

They knew how to appraise, they did not know how to convince someone to hire them or my company. The leap is not big; they came in contact often with people that could hire my company. But they could not make that leap.

So, yes, it's possible to make 15k a pop, if you have the background/skills of someone who makes 15k a pop and are willing to put in the work.

One of the biggest hurdles is putting in the work. Not because you are lazy but because you do not believe you are the kind of person that makes 15k a pop. If you do not believe in yourself, you'll start, maybe, but will give up fast enough... maybe after you work really hard for a few weeks, you're almost there, too.

The core foundation for potential is your unbridled passion for a niche. Passion people see immense potential. I think seeing potential because of $15K in profits is a mistake because it is number chasing, buddy. Imagine Jeff Bezos 30 years ago. Did he see potential in Amazon because he could make money with the idea or did he see potential because the concept of Amazon made him feel alive? Big difference between the two.

  • What he felt was gas!

Inflating oneself for the money without having that "stuff" it takes to realize it usually results in explosive flatulence upon decent.

This is about skill not commission. A salesman never looks at the commission, he only hones his skills to bring home the bacon.

Everything else is just..Oh well..you smell it!

The idea sounds create. The problem is that many great ideas have come up on Amazon in the past few years. Unfortunately, most of them just fizzle out. I hope this will be an exception.
