Do you track links that go to non-revenue driving destinations?

I'm posting a video on our social channels and would normally add UTM tracking to the URL, but this time I'm just pointing to our careers page. Since it's not driving business, I'm thinking no need to use any tracking. What do others think about this scenario?

It all depend on the goals you have set. If tacking it will add some value to your business, feel free to do it. If it will not, you need to decide what to yo should do.

Just because you don't have any use for the data right now, doesn't mean you won't have some use for it in the future. I've always preferred to collect data regardless, just to have it - better to have it and not need it, than to wish it were available at some point in the future.
