ManyChat just announced some exciting news this past weekend at Conversations Conference 2019 that they will be integrating Email + SMS Marketing all into one platform!

SMS + Email Marketing

Are any of you guys already leveraging a multi-channel approach using Email, SMS and Chatbots together?
Would love to hear how you guys implement it with your campaigns!

Email and chatbots are good enough for me. I don't want marketers sending me SMS blasts on my mobile phone because it just feels intrusive.

Probably it could be valuable, if you are targeting conservative audience, for whom digital channel is SMS and E-mail only. Or if you're targeting SMS in some small region and then make a retargeting through e-mail. Depends on particular case, but yeah, not an undisputed thing.

I would guess that they are doing this due to facebook changes and now needing other avenues to contact users.
