Hey fellow WFers!

Is there a widget or something like that that allows you to chat with someone when you know they are on your site live (wordpress)?

So something that will allow me to say something like "Hi...thanks for visiting...are there any questions I can answer for you?"...that they see when they are on the site.

Thanks guys...and I hope someone knows of something!

    Yes, chatbots are already doing that. It has realy enhanced interaction.

    My favorite tool for this is Drift and they have a decent free tier. I've also used tawk.to which was pretty good as well.

    I use tawk.to and is pretty amazing. You can even use it for free.

    What's also great is that you can install their app and talk with your visitors from your smartphone or tablet.

    Facebook Messengre has a customer chat plugin (https://developers.facebook.com/docs...r-chat-plugin/) where you can create canned responses for users to input whenever they visit your website and need assistance.
