Affiliate Networks - The Best One to Use for Services

This is a bit of a backwards question from most people.

I'm looking for recommendations for an Affiliate Network - somewhere to post our SERVICES where we can have control, give a 50% payout and not get killed with thousands of dollars with set-up fees. So obviously CJ and Rakuten are not for us.

But in looking, so many seem like they are only full of trash and we don't want to spend a lot of time reprogramming the site for an affiliate network that won't perform. We're willing to pay AFFILIATES (edit) but not a platform.

Ideas? It's a great niche - we're just looking to expand.

You asked about 'best' affiliate networks in 2016 and at the beginning of this year.....does that mean you have tested several and they don't work? Does it mean your 'service' is not a good fit? Or that you haven't decided which network to try?

Not all networks have thousands in setup fees - but none are going to provide space for your service on their platform...for free.

What platform are competing services/products listed on? That's the affiliate network I would choose. if the product/service is in demand, paying the fees should be part of doing business.

Ironically, we never found or tried one - and I'd forgotten I'd posted about it earlier this year. Business got busy (it's semi-seasonal) so this went to the back burner.

I don't mind paying a set-up fee - but $1500 is out of my budget. Some like click2sell look interesting but not sure since they have a .eu address if they are great for U.S. products. Other companies like Shareasale seem interesting, but take a 20% commission - when we'd like to offer a 50% commission to the affiliate, 20% to Shareasale then leaves only 30% to us. Does that make sense? It's a good idea to see where competing services are listed. I'll have to do some research.

I liked the idea of e-junkie but their listed products look just like that....junk.

Wow. I've really been out of it. Clickbank now allows you to sell physical products as well. Is there a way you can sell a service there?

If you're talking "cam girl services", probably not - you need to be a bit more specific in what you're wanting to "solicit", so we can try to "point you" in the "right direction"

Yes, that's a problem when you find a cheaper option. Try the competitor route - sign up and see what they send you and where they are 'parking' their products or service offers.

That's where I would start, at least.

It was a great idea. I did a bit more research and I'm going to take your suggestion (at least at trying something) and use JVZoo. Working on setting on the products, product pages and links now. We'll see how it goes...

I am afraid that a good affiliate will require that you part with plenty of dollars as set up fees. So just organise your house and once you feel that you are prepared come back we will guide you.

Because there are so many products on JVZoo, we'll do their $100 sponsored log-in page advertising. I'll post how many affiliates we receive from the investment in case anyone else is wondering if it is worth it.
