    First off,

If you are serious about selling your site please remove "you wanna buy my site?" from your post. That could be considered advertising in a post and will get this thread deleted.

Now to flipping. IMHO flipping is different than just selling a site.

You might have a site for a year or more with full intentions of keeping it then you decide to sell it. That is simply selling your site.

However, If you buy a URL and create a site for it with or without a product for the sole purpose of selling it sooner or later you are flipping the site. More than likely if you are planning to sell it sooner than later that's a flip.

Another kind of flip would be to buy an existing site from someone for the sole purpose of selling it.

The term flipping comes from the Brick and Mortar real estate practice of buying properties to sell quickly for a profit, that is flip the property.

You can flip a site here on the Warrior Forum in your sig file, in the Sites For Sale forum, Classified forum or even as a WSO.

Off the forum there is Flippa.com, SitePoint and Digital Point and many many others including eBay.

    Hope this helps,

I'm not quite sure what "being ripped (lol as in muscular)" losing weight, and forex have to do with being sober.

That site is not primed for flipping imo. Needs to be laser focused on being sober, maybe advice for those who live with others who need to be sober. Support for both sides of that coin.

Um, I'm sorry, but that is the old and wrong way to flip your website.

Some sites are flippable, but not all.

    Check this thread.

If it's the site in your sig you're talking about, it has a long way to go before it would be worth anything, unless it is somehow by chance making money right now.

The content needs to be laser focused on the niche, not all over the place just to attract anyone ... forex, weight loss, etc. aren't related to sobriety. You can tie in food addiction with sobriety if you approach it that way, but just to throw in weight loss ads for the heck of it won't work.

Also ... you're breaking Adsense terms by telling people to click the ads.

The design is ... well, lacking. You need something that is above average to sell, unless, again ... it is making money like it is.

This method involves creating websites and selling
them on. It also involves buying websites, doing
them up, and re selling them to new buyers.

    And to take it in depth;

Write 25 unique 350 to 500 word articles on any
topic. Register a domain name that is related to
the topic the articles are on. Go to Namecheap.com
to do this. Go find a template that is copyright
free at oswd.org and put all the articles into html
and upload them all to your server/domain name.
Go setup a free account at forums.digitalpoint.com
and make 25 posts so you can then sell your
services on that forum. Go to the services/sites
for sale section/ put your site for sale (costs
nothing to do) for a couple hundred dollars and
wait for a buyer to nibble. You will get a buyer.
Unique content with a good domain name will get
    nibbles.
Take payment via paypal, push the domain name to
the new buyer, buy another domain name/rinse and
    repeat.
Not the easiest way to make money, but you will
    make money, everytime.

You hit the thanks button on your right hand side when
    you're done reading.

Two friends of mine, Jani Ghaffor and Desmond Ong not to long ago released a course called The Site Flipping Code, this course is excellent for any newbie looking to get into the site flipping arena, you will learn A - Z in Site Flipping.

Perhaps you could try tracking them down via WF or Google 'Site Flipping Code' to see if their course is still selling.
