How to send an influencer your ad?

Hi everyone.

I am new to internet marketing and built a web store with a niche product in boating and marine.

I read a lot about influencers on Instagram. When I get in touch with someone and he is willing to take my ad..... how do I post to his page?

As I said... I am new to all this. Might be a very stupid question.

Thx.
P.

What kind of ad do you want to send him/her? Video, presentation, article, picture?

I was thinking about a small video. But pictures are fine for me as well.

When I found somebody who would post it on his Instagram account I don't know how to do next step and I really don't want to ask the influencer. Don't want him to know how "stupid" I am.

I am "stupid" with things like that.

Means I send this guy the video and the text and he is going to post it on his account?

I don't see how else it would happen.

Also, be very careful with "influencers." A lot of people have bad experiences in that area.

You are talking about they get paid and do not advertise your product?

This usually depends on how your conversation went, this is typically how it goes:

        1) You reach out to the influencer and tell them about your product & see if they're interested in posting about it in exchange for free product
        2) At this point, they will either say they are interested in posting for free in exchange for product or they will decline or ask for payment.
        3) If they agree to post for free product or payment, then you will provide them more details about what you'd like to mention on the post.
        4) For payment, usually it's best if you get the influencer to post first or you could give them a 30% deposit to show that you're serious about doing a collaboration. And you will get them the rest at the end.

They can make a video and feature your product... you can make your own video or graphic then send to them and they'll do the posting. Using influencers is a very good way to promote your product or service, but try to be niche specific and consider location also
