$7 Secrets Script Type Sales - To Guarantee Or Not To Guarantee

I know the idea behind the script and ones like it is that since you product is so cheap that there is no need to offer a guarantee therefore you don't have to hassle with the affiliate refunding the money.

But what if you want to charge a little more, say between $10 and $20, obviously a guarantee would increase conversions but then you're going to have some refunds. (not that you wouldn't have a few refund request without the guarantee, but obviously they'd be less)

Which could cause some headaches since you'd need to be sure the affiliate refunds the purchase.

Any opinions on this dynamic from your experience or not?

thanks,
mx

One of the main copywriting rules...always offer a guarantee, no matter
    how cheap the product is.

I sometimes offer guarantees of 6 months to a year for a $27 product.

    It GREATLY increases conversions.

      I know, hence my questions.

I've never offered a product with out a guarantee, that's why I'm asking about this because if affiliates get 100% of the commission then they are
the one responsible for the refund.

There's a presumptive 30-day guarantee on any product purchased, and not honoring refund requests within a 30 day purchase of any product is an open invitation to run into legal trouble. With that said, how much you want to STRESS (or not stress) the guarantee in your sales copy is up to you.
