    Hello,

    Congratulations on your business,

Do you have your website with portfolio of your already created logos?
Have you tried fiverr to receive some orders?

In other words, your strategy is fine, but tell us honestly if you have tried your strategy ?

Better tell you results and we will see where you can improve.

One more thing, develop a website to grow your business more. Your social media strategy is good but you need more customers and want to beat your competitor so you have to make a website. Because organic search engine optimization is most important for any business.

    Congratulations.
Did you tried online marketing forums? they have some cheap paid traffic platforms. The advantage is you will get highly targetted people.

    STOP TALKING ABOUT LOGOS.

Every time "I create and sell logos" comes out of your mouth, all you're doing is losing yourself in the ocean of logo creators.

You don't stand out to anybody.

And Stand Out is the FIRST thing you need to do.

    Let me ask you this:

WHY do you create these logos?

    What about them is unique?

Who do you create them for?

If you can't answer these questions, stop everything and get them answered. Come back and share your answers if you want more guidance.

To follow up on what Jason said.

I know of a company that needed a logo but they did not know it. They thought they just need some kind of colored something that would go with their name so as to help people remember them.

I also know of a company that spend over $600,000 for their new colors and logo as part of a complete makeover.

    Both companies are doing well.

The first one on a small scale, but they are selling despite the fact that they chose a blue doily to put in front of their name and (of course) wrote their name in blue.

The second one on a big scale.

Several years later, the first company still does not see a need for a logo (they are making more and more sales).

In other words, the big company did not want a logo, they wanted people to see them differently, to make people remember and accept their new positioning; the small company wants sales and anything that increases sales they pay for if commensurate to increase.

If you asked them if they want a log, they'll laugh at you. If you ask them if they need one, they'll laugh at you.

If you told them you could increase conversions by a percentage large enough to cover what they'd have to pay you and a bit more, they'd say, Tell me more. And, if you convinced them that a logo would do that (hard task), they'd pay you.

So, instead of selling them a logo, sell them a way to make more sales and throw in the logo for free (i.e., charge for it under the 'grow sale thing' you are selling them.

Big companies kind of work the same but you don't have a chance with them (yet) so forget about them.

In other other words: sell small/ish and almost medium businesses ways to help them make more sales.

Join various graphic artists groups on Facebook and showcase or show-off your designs. You will be either hired by an audience who needs a logo or a digital agency who wants to outsource their projects.

As an experienced designer with 11+ years of experience, I can tell that people hardly find any good clients or customers with the strategy you just said. Especially as a Logo Design Business, your best bet would be Freelancing platforms like Upwork, Freelancer and Guru.

With that said, if you are really getting GOOD customers from Social then keep trying with that.

    Regards,
    Shahzad
