Here are my top two Squidoo lenses:

LEGO Instructions: for new and old LEGO sets and even custom models: how and where to find old, new and custom LEGO building instructions online. Traffic on this was as high as 800/week until teh recent Google reshuffle which dropped it down several spots on the SERPs and cut the traffic in half Sends traffic through to my main LEGO site.

Kitchen layouts: Kitchen floor plans for real working kitchens: Good traffic and sends much of it to my main kitchen site or to CB products

I have about 15 others in various niches which get less traffic but I'm still working on them.

I'm looking forward to seeing other Warriors' quality lenses!

I have a themed group of Squidoo lenses on my local area. The newest one supports a niche I want to develop for my offline business: Chiropractors in Scranton -- The Best Scranton Chiropractor

It's just a few days old and will be customized when I get a 'tenant' in the Front Door page I've created for this niche: Scranton Chiropractors.

EDIT: A local chiropractor emailed me out of the blue, asking what I can do for his business! A visit from some of you folks and a rating will help! You can post comments in the Guestbook, too.

I have 88 hubs (egads!) - you asked for it! Here is one; they are all indexed via catagories and they all have a *system. Hubbing to get a high score HAS to be done in an exact way.

Here is one of my 88 hubs. It is one that leaves OUT a lot of the examples of the PERFECT hub - but on the other hand it gets a pile of traffic; just not a really super high hub score - although I now consider anything under 79 to be unacceptable!

Guys,

I started a Warriors Group at Squidoo quite some time ago, haven't done much with it lately since they changed so much stuff, but it's active with 40 authors and 100 lenses.

Would be a good place to compare stuff and see what others are doing.

I've also been trying to find others to help administer it so we can make it grow.

  I never liked squidoo at ALL. It just rubs me the wrong way, it's ugly and just unappealing to me.
  
  On the other hand, I think hubbing is attractive, set up Very well, easy to find and NOT a bunch of crappy overt advertising. Anyone who self-promotes - the hub gets tossed.
  
  A simple link to further information or the like is fine but who needs or wants to read/see more rubbish, we have all seen far to much already.

  Squidoo was launched by Seth Godin... therefore heavy affiliate competition in popular niches if you are selling things there. Of course, popular items draw heavy competition anywhere.
  
  Anyway, they have some really cool modules. They could clean up the interface, but it is still a fun site to build on and a good a way to get a link back to your site from a tightly themed page. It has a lot of potential.
  
  Please check out my Olympics lens and Digg, Stumble, Delicious, and Technorati it. (I started it in those places.) I am amused by myself, so I think other people should be amused also. LOL

  Here's a hint when building Squidoo lenses: the default Intro module comes with the "Discovery" section turned on by default. What that does is put a section right at the top of your lens, just below the Contents section, called "Explore Related pages", which is a set of links of related lenses. You can specify three of them yourself, but the others will all be OTHER PEOPLE's LENSES - in other words, your viewers are being encouraged to go somewhere else before they even get to read your stuff.
  
  The only upside is that your lens will appear in the other lenses Explore sections, but personally I have never found that traffic from other lenses amounts to much. I'd rather keep my readers on my lens, thanks. So I suggest you opt out of the Discovery section, or at least make sure you fill in your own other lenses if you leave it turned on.

  I have a Squidoo lens page. I actually spent some time on it and tried to use it to deliver some useful information. The VAST majority of the ones I've seen are pretty useless. I've had my "lens" online for about a year and use it primarily as a means to route traffic to my main websites. It doesn't do a stellar job of that, attesting either to my flawed authorship or the possibility that Squidoo isn't very interesting to people in general.

  The sqquidoo.com page seems to be a parked page with ads on, no squidoo info. And if you're a squidoo beginner, why try to do what other experts have already done over and over - much better? Use your own expertise!
  
  WOWG page is a good start. Your links in the text blocks are not live - need to put the HTML code round them to make them so. The titles and text in the blocks don't seem to have much to do with each other. Try adding more pictures, and more of the unusual modules like the yellow sticky note, black quote box, big arrow link etc.
