Reseller Products on CB/WF/W+

Has anyone recently tried listing a product purchased may be from JVzoo or W+ on CB or WF or W+ as a vendor?

I contacted CB about their policy, but did not get a definitive answer. Is it allowed? If so, is it worth a try?

I don't want to spend hundreds of dollars without knowing if it can be approved or not.

Thanks for any insights ...

    Interesting ARBITRAGE MODEL

With that said, you might want to check the terms of the reseller agreement

You might be assuming permission that may not be there and get in trouble with the IP rights owner

You can post affiliate offers in the Classified section here - can't resell as a WSO.

Most of the products will have a clause prohibiting reselling the product. An affiliate platform like CB or W+ cannot give you permission to 'resell' a product listed on their affiliate platform.

Much better in my opinion to use affiliate platforms as intended - for affiliate sales leading to commissions.

Thanks Kay. Yes, I agree on the better usage of the platform. But, since this product is not already present on these platforms, I am trying to know if it is a viable option.

Does it make any difference if we consider getting Whitelablel rights in that case? I am seeing same product in different names & layouts on the same platforms being sold with no issues. So, wondering if this is something that is an approved method.

Here is what you should know for definite about Clickbank!

    --------------------

What happens if I don't use my ClickBank account for a long time?
ClickBank sales accounts with a positive balance, but no earnings for an extended period of time, are considered dormant. Dormant accounts are subject to a charge of $1 per pay period after 90 days of no earnings, $5 per pay period after 180 days of no earnings, and $50 per pay period after 365 days of no earnings. These charges stop as soon as your account has additional earnings or if your account balance reaches $0.

Dormant account fees are assessed even if your account has not met the Customer Distribution Requirement.

As explained in the Accounting Policy, preventing dormant account fees is your responsibility. ClickBank will not notify you when your account becomes dormant.

If you expect your account to become dormant, you should lower your Payment Threshold to minimize the amount of money in your dormant account.

Those fees are clearly explained in the Clickbank TOS. Anyone using CB or similar site should be checking on their accts to see if sales are being made. If no sales, acct is dormant.

It is a long standing practice - and a bit predatory. Restrictions require you to 'qualify to be paid' (one time only) combined with 'maintenance' fee that applies at the same time. Good example of why you have to read every bit of the TOS on a site where money is involved.

    lower your Payment Threshold

IMO should be at the lowest payout position anytime you use CB.
