List of 133 Evergreen Markets/Niches

This list was scraped together, mostly from other threads, along with a few niches I had sites for years ago.

I consider something to be evergreen when you can create the content today and have it be relevant ten years from now.

I'm not calling this list my own... again, it was compiled, mostly, of a bunch of previously listed posts into one, easy-to-read list.

Hopefully it helps you save some time...

On your compiled list are markets, niches and little known forests.

Golf is a market. HUGE, many smaller niches, like gloves and balls. The little known forests might be golf equipment for the disabled golfer.

Some refer to it as "drilling down" as in drilling for oil, getting deeper and deeper into the niche until one finds a group of people with needs, wants and spends money.

The list is an idea stimulator, or a time waster, but if we want to examine how this list or anything on it, might help a Warrior with their IM, then it could be useful.

There is a pyramid, or if preferred, a hierarchy of profits. Take golf, since I used it as my example. A Warrior could start a site for golf equipment, it could be a Shopify or any number of storefronts and one could simply be an affiliate and try to sell golf products to the masses. This is often the beginner's choice, although they immediately give themselves a ton of competition.

The bigger the market, the more competition, and unless at the top of the pyramid, smaller profits= harder work.

Clubs, gloves, bags, all fall into the big stores. Then you look at the smaller, more unique, gift ideas. Take the personalized Bobble Head golfer. It sells for 65 bux, and isn't a thing that would normally pop up in the shops.

At the top profit point of the pyramid is the CONTROLLED product, this being owned. Owned, protected, proprietary. ONLY one can offer it. Or it could be licensed to a few.

So, as we go over the list, the questions would be:

How big is the market, who is serving it now, what products, and is there a potential for ownership and control?
This would be one way to turn a list of EVERGREEN ideas into a list of possibilities for the Warrior to explore in the pursuit of IM.

    Hey Gordon,

    You are absolutely correct.

    The list presents tip-of-the-iceberg ideas.

A Warrior should drill down in search of profitable sub-niches.

Thanks Robert, I think in this instance your list is a good idea at the right time of the year for Warriors seeking an opportunity. Here is one way to use it:

Go through the list quickly and HIGHLIGHT the things which one has a personal interest or experience in.

So, from the 133, maybe now there are 25, then go through those quickly and pick the top 10 that are most interesting.

We are often told to follow our passion, and sometimes, it is even good advice. Not always. Sometimes we need fast cash, so passion is less important than results.

From a list of the top 10 tips of the iceberg of ideas, we can start to compare them.

One to two, one to three, etc., etc. A few minutes going over the list this way and maybe a few Warriors will have an AH HA moment, or it leads them to do some further research on the subjects.

So, thanks Robert for taking your time to compile the list, I saw a couple of very profitable niches I've been a part of for decades which remain hidden from the mainstream marketers, and we'll keep it that way, thank you very much...HA!

The OP suggest doing Keyword research which to some extent tells the story.. I might suggest searching "<insert topic > demographics" and the pages of text give you a far more specific look at things. lets look at "Poker" as an example

So a page like this: ( Poker Players Research - Topline Findings ) suggests 40 Million play Poker 15 Million play online for money 76% are male and then 24% would be female. and so on and so on.

Search results alone just dont give you the WHOLE picture... If you look that 40 million play, and 10 million of those are female... is the sub niche "Female poker player" well served? I would say probably not.. and with an active audience of 10 million potential targets... I would suggest it might be worth looking at... and No matter how you might search that term.. you would probably never identify them as a target as much as you might identify "Female Poker Players" as something for guys to look at.

I think I can honestly say there is no such thing as a niche that money DOES NOT flow... to include FREEBIE sites.

I suggest what needs to be looked for is a niche in which there is a level of experience on your part. If you want to get into weight loss you had better not be thin as a rail 135lb for the last 40 years of your life...you have nothing in terms of experience to draw from and create useful and meaningful content that will attract followers and buyers.

Forex? drop $100 and trade forex before you start selling... MAKING MONEY ONLINE.. you had better have and continue to actually be doing that - because if you havent or are not currently... you can smell it from a mile away.

EXPERIENCE should dictate the direction of your efforts - I think its that plain and simple.

Want to sell things as an affiliate on Amazon.. look around where you live at the things you OWN and have experience with and start there.

The minute you start looking at traffic or potential dollars, I think you are on the down hill slide of empty dreams and goals.

Ain't it the truth, except that I didn't smell it from a mile away. I sent money to the "guru wannabe." From the first minute, it was obvious he didn't know what he was doing. Happily, I paid through PayPal so I got my money back.

Question: Do you think helping consumers get an appropriate home loan is a good niche?

There is money in it; question is, can you make money in it?

By the way, a biche would be: helping DACA people get a mortgage; or helping self-employed people get a construction loan or getting ITIN people get a mortgage on a condo.

This list is very good, thanks rdpayne.

But the real money will be in finding a good subniche in these 133, with low competition and high margins, because that's where the good businesses will be.

Having this list makes it much easier though.

Good list, I would say these are 133 different "directions" and in each direction you have tons of root keywords and 3,4 words and long tail stuff which drills down the niche into more detail.
The long tail keywords are not just getting 300 searches per month anymore,, this is 2020 and the traffic that long tail keyword shows as 300 in 2010 will be multiplied many folds

    Nonsense.

The minute you start looking at traffic or potential dollars, I think you are on the down hill slide of empty dreams and goals.
    "Be Passionate" nonsense.

I never look at anything but traffic and potential dollars. You understand that not everyone is you, right? Not everyone feels the way you do or sees the world through your eyes. I mean, you get that, right?

I'm in business to make money. End of story.

how do you find solo ad sellers for these niches ?

especially wedding planning. i would think that by the time a solo ad seller got a prospective bride on the list, the bride would already be married by now and ot need any wedding planning products

    am i wrong? (as usual)

    and sex ?

i would think that sex and marital advice promotions would end up in the spam or garbage file by google or yahoo?

Few people seem to be missing this point. As niches, stock market and making money online are always going to be great... However, a lot of the knowledge we have now will be outdated in 10 years. That means most of your content is going to be outdated.
