affiliate programs for tech recruiters?

I am wondering if anybody knows an online business or an affiliate program that caters to tech recruiters. I just wanted to know what can potentially you sell to them?
It can be a paid membership in a job-related website, HR certification, etc

Let me elaborate a little bit more. I have been involved in building a website/blog that is getting popular among tech recruiters. My idea was to offer tech recruiters something that they can be potentially interested in.

    Why look for a 50% Affiliate thing, when you can create a TOLL between job seeker and tech recruiter?

    Why not a job board and you collect from both ends?

        Are tech recruiters those people looking to recruit people to work in tech, or do they do something else?

        IF they are seeking people to screen for potential employment, doesn't it make sense, IF your site is attracting them, to set up a board where tech people can find jobs or be recruited from? Why would you need an affiliate program?

          Yes, you are right. It does make sense. But, I think I am looking for an affiliate program because I don't want to set up anything myself. I don't have enough experience and time for this and the second reason, I would prefer to find something that already has some reputation and user base.

    Surely you can join an affiliate program and earn commissions from tech recruiters by selling access to online tools to facilitate their job or help them reduce expenses. For example, remote working tools like video conferencing, scheduling software or chatting program like Slack...the list is endless :-)
