Issue with Google business page

Hello, I know that my business "Graystone tiles" business is on Gmap but I can not find it on this keyword "graystone tiles", please help to solve this critical issue.

Now, I am explaining all these things in detail.
First, look at below screenshot, in this, when I search "graystonetiles", google shows my business page(Graystone Tiles LLP) which I exactly want but

When I search "graystone tiles" (separate each word) at that time, Google shows a different business page which is not mine.

I don't know, how it happens. I am very confused about these different search results. Please help me as soon as possible.

    In order to maybe help you, I would need to know what City you live in... because All I am getting is "Greystone Tile" that is being sold at Home Depot . Soto better help you your location would be required.

    I have searched it in Google's incognito tab(google.com)
