    It was Bob!!!!

Seriously, how in the world is anyone supposed to help you when you gave no information at all about the app?

What was the app called? When did you buy it? What was the app supposed to do? (or was the exact name "build my traffic app"?).

What section of WF did you find the link to buy the app from? Was it a banner ad? Was it a WSO? (You didn't buy the app from WF, incidentally.)

Who does your credit card or PayPal statement list as the seller? Have you disputed the payment with them?

Answers to those questions would be a good start toward getting some help.

You have not been on this forum in a year - and you expect members here to find your purchases? Did you make a purchase under the name 'devilfish'? I doubt it.

If the seller recognizes you (doubtful) they can PM you.

I just did a forum search and found this old WSO under the term "buildmytraffic":

    https://www.warriorforum.com/legacy-...affic-net.html

The WSO is closed and the member hasn't been active here for over 2 years, so it's unlikely a PM would get much response. The website also seems to have the contact form removed.

If that's the app you mean, you might want to consider an alternative unless there's anything important in it you need to retrieve.

    Good find!

When you buy a WSO it's a good idea to post in that WSO. Any time in the future you could then go to YOUR profile and look through your own posts and perhaps find the purchase you are looking for.

No, this forum does not keep a list of what you purchase. Never has.

Did you read Frank's post above? Is that what you are looking for?

When you buy from an ad thread you are dealing with that seller - the WF is only providing ad space for approved ads. Start with your own paypal acct and your own email acct and try to find download/contact info.

This was your purchases - and it's always best to keep records on your computer of what you buy and what the download/contact info is.

If it is the product Frank found then just google the name, they have a website still selling the app/service. They might not be here anymore but they are still in business

Maybe you bought it through jvzoo... they have that functionality to go back and re-download your purchases.

Sometimes common sense goes a long way. What I see is a product you purchased several YEARS ago for a one off payment.....that product is now sold as a monthly payment.

I think it is unrealistic to expect 'support' for YEARS after paying less than $100 for a product. Nothing lasts forever and my guess is there is support but only for those paying the current price for a product that has likely been updated/expanded since your purchase.

Posting this not so much for the OP as for others who might have the same thought that unlimited support is somehow guaranteed.
