Any suggestions on what are the best niche as an bloger?

I have been selling on Amazon for 5 years. I am not that successful as in "a lot of gugus claim that they are making multi millions".
I am just making a living out of it. As an old bird, I found that Amazon is getting more difficult. Niche are getting mroe satuated and competitive. PPC has gone up from cents to dollars. Best of all, hacks are going on by the Chinese sellers.
So I am thinking to do something that could be more controlrable. I own the traffic, I can sell whatever I can.
Any suggestions buddy?

The best niches to blog about are money saving, generating, credit scores and credit cards articles like for example thepennyhoarder. With jobs getting scarce people will be looking for help on how to be smart and survive.

Yes, I've experienced about a 30%-40% increase in traffic to my finance blog since the shutdown of some states. People are scurrying to these blogs to find out how, when, and where to start putting their money.

The best niche is something that you are passionate and knowledgeable about, and where there is a clearly defined passionate audience who spend money regularly.

You could do some keyword research to check the volume of searches, and to find the lowest SEO difficulty keywords for your niche (KWFinder is the most accurate for that, and 500 to 6k global monthly searches are good to aim for, for a relatively new site) to boost your SEO as you write your blog.

    Hope that helps !

    Chris

    Hey Jason,

The best option (in my opinion) would be to pick something you are already passionate about. This means you'll not only have more fun, but you'll also write more enticing and quality content - this is good for both you and the reader.

That being said, don't pick something that has no search volume or doesn't have a defined audience that would be willing to purchase something from you.

    Hopefully this helps!

Hi Jason, you can start your own blog and tell a story about how you started selling on amazon and how much money you make and how tough it is, I recommend you need to make it personal

  • I'd suggest that you set up a blog around just one topic, for example, how to set up your website or blog. This will allow you to advise your visitors with "how to" content that will be great for SEO too and include product reviews where you'' place your affiliate links.

You could advise users on different domain services, webhosting, website templates and website monitoring tools.

The beauty of getting into this vertical is that these services are digital sold over the internet with more an more websites being set up every day, also, most of these affiliate programs pay high commissions and also recurrent commissions like our program.

Good luck and do check us out.

    Well, it depends.

First, I would suggest you think about an overall business-model, from A - Z, whereby blogging should be just one part of this business-model.

If you are going to write the articles yourself, picking a niche you are passionate about would certainly help.

If you have some money to pay writers, it´s important that they are able to deliver the necessary quality, and it´s less important that you are passionate about the topic. Which means, that you could go into niches which make sense from a business perspective, although you personally are not that much passionate about.

    Hope that helps!

You must out-produce the competition. Consider distributing your content beyond your blog. For example, niche-specific online/offline publications already have the attention of their reading audiences.

Tap into those audiences by providing engaging and relevant content to publishers in these outlets. An extremely powerful side benefit of having your articles in well-regarded publications is the perception of tacit endorsement of the publisher.

For any given commercially viable niche, there may be thousands, or perhaps even hundreds of thousands of suitable publications available. I have found this method to be effective for driving massive quantities of highly convertible traffic no matter what the competition is or how "saturated" a niche may seem.

Certainly, the social media is where to go. The majority of people spent time on social media so marketing to them will earn you enough money.

I always recommend to my peers who are looking to start a blog and are in the stage of choosing a niche to consider the following:
o Your long-term interest in the niche

o The popularity of the niche
    o Understanding existing competitors

    o Is the niche sustainable?
    o Profitability potential
o What else you can bring to the table

The free tools out there like Google Trends, Google Keyword Planner and SEMRush (free version), are a good start. Just enter the broad topic into Trends, find some popular sub topics, and then start assessing their competition and profitability in Keyword Planner, SEM Rush and the major affiliate networks like Clickbank.

I just write about problems that arise with freelance, blogging and bootstrapping a digital product business.

Blogging from first-hand experience always produces the best content IMO. With that said, I'd definitely focus on a business audience instead of a consumer audience.

I have found the business audience to be especially profitable because they generally have considerably more resources available to buy regularly, in quantity, and higher end products,

Amazon has a wide variety of business office consumables, industrial products, furniture, equipment, etc commonly purchased by companies.

There are a number of good niches. Internet marketing is probably too broad but if you can narrow it down you can find a hungry audience. For example, could you take your expertise with Amazon and turn it into a lot of good quality content; Maybe create a course on Amazon marketing. Or maybe narrow it even further and focus on how to source products for Amazon.

  • Ideally, you should pick a niche that you are very knowledgeable and passionate about. However, it also helps if it's a space where you can fill a void with valuable content. Try to look at it as you are offering a solution to a problem--problem that your audience might not know they even have yet!

My advice would be to stick to an evergreen niche, ex. finance, fitness, make money, etc. These niches, even during a recession, remain mostly constant no matter what happens.

If you are looking for the "easiest" topic than dive into a passion of yours. There's nothing more satisfying than creating a space around something you truly enjoy because it makes it easier for you to put in work while being rewarding in due time.

Don't get discouraged, life is a marathon not a sprint.

I personally think that the best niches to make money with are the top 3 niches.
    And these niches are:

    - wealth
    - health / fitness
    - relationships

These are evergreen niches and people will always be interested in making money, being healthy or fit and being in a relationship.

Those niches are huge and there is a lot of money that can be made here. You should pick a subniche, because the niche "health" alone would be too big and you couldn't get enough targeted traffic.

But if you have a hobby or you are really interested in a specific topic, I would recommend you research the potential market for this and do a blog about that.

Because having a blog about a topic you are really interested in makes it much easier to stay motivated writing about it and you already have a lot of knowledge in that niche.

This is the niche that you can use if you want to start blogging

    a. Food.
    b. Fashion.
    c. Personal finance.
    c. Lifestyle.
    c. Blogging.

But, this is a niche. I suggest you choose a subniche from that niche. Like Niche fashion, you can make a blog about woman fashion (subniche). It's more targeted and it's more easier to get notice from reader rather than a niche

From a revenue perspective: personal finance (lead generation / list building).

With lead generation there is no credit card / purchase required to complete an offer. All a user has to do is fill out a form, so conversion rates are typically much higher compared to offers that require a sale to be made.

I favor offers that have a make, get or save money benefit to them, as they have overall worked the best. They also tend to have the greatest mass appeal (will be of interest to a large general audience), so the potential exists to produce high volume and they are fairly easy to cross-promote on the back-end.

Some of the verticals (niches) I have done extremely well with are: education, insurance, loans, debt, credit, mortgage, assistance, discount offers, homeowner offers, etc...

By building your own lists, you control the traffic and can generate it at any time on-demand. Plus your not at risk of having some policy change of a 3rd party platform getting in the way of running your business.

    1. Choose a topic that will still be relevant in 2 years time, such as managing finances, green beauty, sustainable or environmentally friendly products.
    2. Research the search volume -1000 global search volume per month at least
    3. Make sure you are passionate enough to blog about it daily and go into the depth required to rank well.

I think the best topic for a blog is the one you are in love with.
You have a hobby, then what you are fond of.
A lot of success stories that did just what they like.
Perhaps you will not succeed all at once, the main thing is trying.
Learn your favorite business to the smallest detail, analyze the market and competitors and go.

One of the most profitable niches you can venture into is Make Money Online (MMO) - This is because everybody is searching online for the ways to make money online and no matter how competitive this niche can be, it still sells and you can earn financial freedom blogging around it. Another profitable niche I can recommend along with MMO is Health & Wellness. Thanks for asking!

Obviously niches in Health, Wealth and Love are going to good but hard to crack because the of the competitiveness of them. Even digging down into micro niches would be fairly competitive.

The most popular topic right now is probably Covid - 19, but I wouldn`t advise you to build your blog on it, as some other people here suggested. Eventually, the pandemic will be over, so it`s better to choose some more established topics. I gues that the best niche for blogging is... the blogging itself, at least it seems that the majority of blogs are based on the blogging experience. SEO and IT are other popular topics.

You can write blogs on How people can export product from India, what is the product demand in other countries, because export from India is going to be increased, in your blog when you explain how people can do useful things which are impactful in their life, your audience is always alert for your next blog, Always choose a niche which is shareable, because of that type of niche you can reach to the maximum users in a little period.

Currently, due to pandemic, You can start writing on personal hygiene, I'm not talking about particular Health type niche, I'm talking about Hygiene, which is now essential for the world, so it's also a great topic to engage users.
