Dedicated Outsourcing Team

Does anyone have any experience with getting a small dedicated outsourcing team?

I was thinking about somewhere like the Philippines where you can hire decent English speakers for pretty cheap full time. It's also not too far from where I live so I could fly there in a couple hours if need be.

  • I have a system, that teaches you how to build your own writing team with zero investment. The same tactic can be used to outsource people, for absolutely any kind of work you need to get done. And ofcourse from anywhere you choose... How about that?

You can check out the system here at - The Complete Content Solution System

    Hope this helps...
  • The Philippians seems to have some great service around, any good recommendation?
  • If you are looking for writers specifically ( the OP never specified what they were outsourcing exactly, it may also be a call centre/center?), then there are many options out there. You can try this forum (warriors for hire), elance, getafreelancer etc...
  • I'm actually looking at putting together some outsourced teams in the Philippines (where I am) for people. I'll PM you with more details.

  • The Philippines definitely have some good hard workers. For a good price.

If you wanted content go with someone with a english major

    Again, on the cheap.

    Cheers.
  • I am also looking for a full time writer from the Philippines
  • ReplaceMyself.com is a good source if you're looking to outsource to the Philippines. They even have an affiliate program.

    • Yes, John,

Last week here at the WF, someone mentioned John Jonas at replacemyself.com and said he offeres a free audio about how this outsourcing works.

I listened to the audio, it is quite informative. I am not an affiliate. It does require optin, but he only sent one email other than the optin confirmation.

The audio is worth a listen.

  • I was told that craigslist: manila classifieds for jobs, apartments, personals, for sale, services, community, and events is a good place to start with. Just post your job to classifieds.

  • As long as you're not looking for content writers that's a good idea.

For writers better look for people whose first language is English. I tried a bunch of writers from the Philippines but never found one whose articles I could use without editing.
