YouTube rolls out new features for creators
YouTube announced four new features to help video creators enhance their videos, and were previewed in the latest edition of Creator Insider. These new features are:
Knowing when your audience is online
YouTube is giving creators access to data and lets them know when their audience is online.
Reviewing inappropriate comments
Creators can now hold inappropriate comments for review ticked on by default.
Scheduling community posts
Creators now have the ability to schedule community posts, allowing them to draft posts ahead of time and specify a preset date for future publishing.
Video chapters
And finally, all creators will get access to video chapters which allows them to break down videos into different chapters so the viewers can jump through as they pleased. This is particularly important with long videos where instead of scrubbing through the video, viewers can just skip straight to their desired video timeline.
