  • Me i use a software called video robot app by tony brasco and you need to pay a fee like 50$ i think but you can use it for lifetime and the nice part its that you have spoke person created to speak the text so its make a very good job for my videos

    • Can I see a sample of what you created using this
  • Coolest experiment I evah ran?

Textin' to speech ... an' then speakin' that back to a speech-to-text engine.

    Result?

Kinda like playin' Chinese Whispahs blindfolded durin' a global hippo fart phenomenon.

Way I see it, computah AI still don't get how beautysweet be the voices we all got.

Which is why most AI speech only sounds flooid for the real easy stuff -- like when Google says FFS I got no clue what you want.

Aficionados of nooz stories read aloud when you dowin' your nails will know ... yeah, the rhythm is all wrong.

Ansa prolly is to consult Klingon Science.

See, cos before they got their foreheads morphed to resemble male perinium exotica, those guys ensured they jus' sounded weird.

Plenty effects, appled globally to their moment-by-moment breath an' feel for sound, kinda transformed 'em from jobbin' voiceover guys to Spock's eternal nemeses.

Start with heart an' transmoot from its pulse.

Gowin' the other way don't work so good for hooman types.

  • To be honest most of them sound like a robot. It's best to try and do it yourself or if you can't you can hire someone on fiverr or upwork.

Then again sounding like a robot might not be so bad. I mean there's this Youtube channel with lots of viewers and the voice is a robot voice.

But yeah, your best bet is to use fiverr or upwork.

  • Play. ht is pretty good, but all of these online services come at a cost, since they have to pay server costs etc for every word converted.

  • There are loads of text to speech software and if you have used it before know that it won't be getting a real human who can do the job for you. you can do that very cheap on fiverr and other freelancer website. however text to speech software are good but it depend on what you want to use it for.
  • you can try naturaltextreader.com

  • SpeechKit is pretty good... Amazon Polly is also interesting, but requires a bit more techie skills.

  • Some free options are the good old Google docs, it has a free text to speech if you look in the tools section. Also Google chrome has a similar option if you use the right click option.

  • Vidnami's text-to-speech is pretty decent IMHO. It's intended for creating videos tho and requires a subscription.
  • When it comes to awesome text-to-speech video tools, I'd love to recommend Vidnami (formerly known as Content Samurai). I've been using it for some time now, though it requires monthly or yearly subscriptions.

  • There is no such thing. If you want something to sound human, you need a.... human.

    • I totally agree and if I see a video that is using automated speech I click off straight away. If you truly want to succeed don't cut corners like this as it is often the very first thing people will see and hear from you before going through your sales page.
      • [ 1 ] Thanks
  • I don't think the text-speech robot will do the job for you. Why cant you just try to work hard and market your site without involving those automated software?

    • I am willing to work hard but I am afraid my accent might not be appealing
  • I use "fromtexttospeech" which is free and deliver good results.
  • All of the text to voice software I've tried in the past are VERY CLUNKY and actually sends the WRONG MESSAGE to viewers

Remember: the human voice communicates on TWO LEVELS - auditory and non-verbal.

Believe it or not and like it or not, the non-verbal part says A LOT MORE than what you say with your words

People learn to TRUST YOU based on these non-verbal signals

It's IMPOSSIBLE to capture these with text to voice software

Don't be afraid to INVEST IN YOUR BUSINESS by hiring voiceover professionals
  • You can hire someone for that purpose on freelancing sites because the available tools for this purpose won't sound human probably and can prove to be a waste of money.
  • Amazon Polly is pretty good. There isn't a totally human sounding one yet, unfortunately.
  • I just bought Speechelo and I like it. It is sold on clickbank and I know the developer as I have bought other products from him.

My only regret is that I paid extra for an upgrade for more voices and the standard voices sound better than the additional voices provided with the upgrade. By the way after create your video with whatever software you pick I can add subtitles to it synched to the text for a very reasonable fee.

Finally, if you have the budget for $49 a month you can sign up for Wellsaid, Labs and their voices are amazing. I was thinking of signing up with them but I would need someone to partner with as $49 a month is not worth it to me at this time.
