quick blogging question

hey guys,

so im building my website and i plan to basically have 30 pages or so and it wont change a whole lot over time, however from the main category if someone clicks on "blog" i will have an inline frame where they can read my blog which will be updated daily, and these are the pages i will routinely submit to article directorys and social bookmarking.

my question is this:
is there any way that i can utulize the fresh content that i post to my daily blog to increase my website SERP since it is in an inline frame on my website??

thanks

Why do you need an inline frame for that?
(just wondering... and no, frames are not good for SEO)

Why not have your site structure like:
example.com - here are your 30 pages and whatnot
example.com/blog - here goes your blog installed in a subdirectory having posts all linking back to your main pages etc.

Or did I completely misunderstand what you want? If I did, please explain clearly what are you trying to do.

(BTW, the whole setup above can be done with one single WP install

If your using cPanel, there's Fantastico software in which you can create a wordpress blog under the main directory. Just create a new folder under root directory.

    Hope this helps.

    Ditto what AceHazel said.

Make sure you link to the blog from your main page, though, or with 30 pages already on your site your visitors might have a hard time finding it!
