Has anyone used websiteaccountant.com?

I checked out a domain that I bought a few months ago and have done nothing with whatsoever. There is no content, no backlinking done whatsoever and it has a pagerank 2 and is worth $467!? It also has 1650 backlinks and $1 a day in adsense earnings. I am a little puzzled to say the least. Here's the link
