Can You share your experience on starting a BPO agency

I began my own BPO agency and I am doing well, but I would like to hear from the experiences of other founders. For those who may not know, BPO stands for Business Process Outsourcing. It's basically another organization handling non-core activities of a business.

I have my own agency for Youtube related services

It's a hassle finding the right people

Quality CONSISTENCY is crucial in this game and flaky freelancers don't make things easier

Thankfully not all freelancers are flaky - most are awesome, actually

Here's my advice to those looking to build a BPO business - build it around existing and GROWING demand

Otherwise, you'll be fighting over crumbs

Hi, I have started my BPO journey during my university time. (2015) During that time I worked as a Virtual assistant. My main platforms were Odesk (now up to work) and Fiver websites. These websites laid the background work for finding offshore clients who are looking for BPO. Step by step I build a customer base while recruiting unskilled workers. ( I have recruited them for free and given them basic computer and internet knowledge) then I hired them for a small salary while teaching them how to handle BPO task. Now I have my own BPO company with more than 50 employees and I will continue to grow in future. Begining was hard but the outcome is comforting.
