    I used to work with packages in the past, I also offered a package based on the clients needs which is a lot more flexible. Since I noticed most of my clients loved the flexibility I stopped offering packages, maybe you can experiment with flexible offers as well

    Hey my friend congrats on your success so far. You got 2 clients with no personal website that is impressive.

    The Digital Nomad Life style can even be had in Moms Basement if you have your hustle on.

    I actually did move to an Island but it creates a set of challenges in itself.

    Sometimes we need a wee bit more structure and do not realize it. It is a hard discipline issue.

    The key I think will be like you are doing incorporate recurring revenue into everything we do where we can. Listbuilding helps with that.

    When you are setting up your website maybe go to a few Auction websites and see what Just Sold.

    They give you a ton of free education on how they did it how they grew it and how they sustained it so much detail.

    I think we all should create something with it having an appeal to potential investors right from day one even with the Domain/Asset you choose.

    Also you sound like you have a sell-able eBook in your head that others would certainly pay you for so they can leverage from your experiences.

    Always have the options available in the form of packages, but be willing negotiate on the client's terms and suggest a customized plan for them. That way you get to keep your client and set a good impression too. Use social media marketing to advertise your website and services, it will work out well in your favor.

    By digital nomad I hope you mean be able to work from anywhere, and not the 'work 2 hours a week on a beach'. You should be creating a business that you want to run, not build a business solely with the idea that you'll only have to do it a few hours a week.

    Just wanted to point this out first just in case.

    Dude, you're on top of things. Focus on what you do well. Screw the stuff you stink at, why waste time improving your weaknesses when you can build on your strengths? This is the key to positive psychology.

    You're on track if you stick to this. If you come across something you don't do well, hire someone. I wasted so much time in my early years trying to learn everything it isn't efficient.

    First off, website updates showcasing your skills are always a great idea.

    In my experience, websites should be for showcasing yourself to clients and not selling packages. The best clients come from relationships. I don't like how people just build websites and expect people to pay without ever speaking to someone. That may work for certain products, but service based businesses are different. People put a lot of trust into service based businesses, you should be individually speaking with potential clients and then show them your website. OR, use your website to start conversations and get people to reach out for a consultation.

    With the skills you have, you can be making potentially thousands with just one client. Don't sell yourself short with cheap packages. Build that authority and get high paying clients that are low maintenance and pay you what you're worth.

    In closing, my advice would be to revamp the site and start conversations with people who need your service. As for Facebook ads? It might work, but it's easy for a business to avoid an ad and harder for them to avoid a phone call. Is it uncomfortable? Yes. If you want comfort, get a 9-5. You're not made for that and with your skills, you can easily avoid that lifestyle

    So, we're on the same path, but have different approaches.

    I started out offering a bundle of services, but decided to focus on one service and one service only that I was really good at and could SCALE.

    The other thing I focused on was to design a service that brings in revenue for clients (so it's not seen as an expense) and is positioned differently than other digital marketing services out there.

    There are hundreds of digital marketing companies in my city alone selling the exact same services. Getting lost in the noise is easy.

    I want to be known as the go-to guy for X in my local market and then spread this awareness globally.

    The next things I worked on was a prospecting method for finding work (emails & cold calls), as well as conversion tool (my website). Scaling these things is easy by simply making more calls or researching more companies.

    Then you get into the workflow of your business, hiring freelancers. It's easier to hire a bunch of people for the same job than a bunch of people for multiple jobs. The problem becomes more noticable when you have multiple freelancers working on various campaigns for different clients. I just like to keep things organised I suppose.
