Do you offer a content subscription service?

I saw a WSO the other day offering PLR articles via subscription. Not so much access to a PLR site, but actual content delivered on a schedule (I suppose via email). I've been doing a little thinking about that, and I'm just curious how many of you are currently offering a service of this type? An article a day, a set of articles per week, etc. I'm partly trying to judge how many people are doing it and how well it's working for them, but any thoughts or tips you have to share would be great as well.

I am also intensely interested in this type of business model. What if you could offer original content to a pre-determined number of subscribers., maybe 5 articles a week to say 20 individuals per niche for $20 a month. Sound like a Win/Win to me. They get great content for a buck per article and you would make $400 per month per each niche. 10 niches 200 subscribers = $4000 a month. Sorry, thinking while writing here, 200 original content articles per month sounds a bit overwhelming especially with deadlines hanging overhead. I will follow this thread with great curiosity. Thanks for the post.

If a article membership says 200 articles a month, 9 times out of 10, they mean the same 200 articles for all members. Each member doesn't get 200 articles exclusive just to them.

Your idea is a good one, just be alot of work or paying out alot to a writer..

Actually I am surprised writers do not use a plan like that, lock in some work and cash for themselves. Have'nt seen one yet that is.

I offer this type of service. I provide a set number of customized articles per day (Monday to Friday). I have a client who requires the articles be submitted via email. I have another client who requires me to upload the articles via a Feed software.

I've always wondered about this kind of service. You have to be outsourcing the content creation right?

I'd think it would be an immense amount of pressure having to deliver a specific amount of articles (or whatever it is) every single day. I've signed up for a free service where I get 5 PLR articles a day, I haven't purchased anything at all from the fella, and I'm almost feeling bad about it.

Then again, if he comes up with the right offer I'm already on his list. Guess that's the point of it all.
