Marketing Suggestions?

Hi Warriors as you can see Im an active member here and I helped many people here

Now I need a help from an experienced marketing specialist who knows what is Online marketing.
Please suggest me a solution or some strategy for this:

I need to prepare a marketing strategy for housing project focusing on: high-end, luxury, cool and trendy trendsetters, programmers, influencers or digital nomads who have lets say their hause or land but need some privacy or space for their work outside of the house IN A SMALL COMPATIBLE MODERN MINI CUBE-HOUSE where they can spend some time.

What would you focus on? what strategy would you choose or where would you look for those potentional customers?

Thank you
Lucie

Is this something like airbnb for mini houses? Or would they be renting monthly? Would they buy them?

It sounds like you're not targeting folks merely exploring this idea, then (where a "how to move off the grid / become fully self-sustaining"-type lead magnet/course might be appropriate to build a marketing list) ... but rather aiming to sell your product to a fairly knowledgeable, sophisticated sub-segment who are already doing this?

Assuming that's the case, it may be worthwhile to engage some folks directly who are mini-influencers in a how/why to homestead sort of category? There's a guy on Twitter named Joe Norman, for example, who's a collaborator with Nassim Taleb, has about 40k followers, and posts about this fairly frequently with high authority. Engaging with, and perhaps even getting your product into the hands of, folks like him, might be worthwhile.

Another online segment that appears generally interested in this kind of thing are Cryptocurrency folks. There are a lot of very privacy-focused, libertarian-types in this segment, many of whom seem to be fairly well-to-do, and (at least online) express a desire to maintain a nomadic or homestead-centric lifestyle. Could be worth identifying some of the leaders in that community to help with your influencer marketing efforts as well.

I think we need to know where the cubes are located first. Even though, you can still find a way to generate a list of emails and target your clients through email marketing.

    Lucie,

Are you talking about ONLINE PROMOTIONS?

  • Set up a microsite that shows the working cubicle and its features, I'd add lots of pictures and a video too just like a car brochure.

Use the microsite to collect details such as email address via a download PDF brochure.

Drive targeted traffic from different media sources to the brochure above, follow it up with a phonecall and close the deal.

    Good Luck

I see you're in Canada. If I was looking for something like this I would first look on Kijiji. It should be a part of your marketing plan.

    Lucie,
I don't think that many people would buy them.

I agree. That said, the people you're targeting Lucie, can be found on linkedin. You can search by job.

You'd have to figure out who with such a job is likely to be interested.

Maybe you cross-referrence with facebook group members. I do not think Linkedin has groups for the type of interests that interest you.

You did not give a lot of info on this.
People can buy these mini houses. Then what?
Where do they put those houses (on lots your client owns or on their lots)? It makes a difference.

If the first, they have to be within reasonable distance.
If the 2nd, your prospects must have extra lots or lots large enough to accommodate the mini houses...

In places like Chicago, New York, etc. lots tend to be small 25x125 feet or close to that.

But, probably, the best thing is to find publications and websites that cater to the interests that lead someone to want to buy such a house (privacy-concerned people, for instance) and buy ads in those publications / on those websites.

And, you can, of course, buy ads on sites like this one: https://www.tinyhomebuilders.com/tiny-house-marketplace. Why reinvent the wheel?
